Black Americans need to build their marriages on a different foundation and stop basing it on the Leave it to Beaver dynamic standard. They need their own marriage foundation metric. I feel Black marriage has a lot of financial strain on it. Money is important but but it should never be what a Black marriage is based on but those financial issues should and can be worked out.
This a dope conversation for Men to have✊🏾 appreciate that. Definitely think “WE” (BP) need to get back to our roots or recreate them cause the one we have know itsnt ours. Its all trauma based. MONEY is not real and thats our main problem in Black homes. Something we didnt create. Marriage bond is suppose to be made off GOOD faith. That scenario, of dude selling a 3.5. And she workin. Again THESE ARE HUMAN made operations. He clearly has no spirit and she has no direction. But shes WITH him. if the dude was working he wouldnt ALLOw her to sell drugs. Why does the woman ALLOW you to be mediocre? She enjoys the control. Its wayy deeper. They are JUST as powerful.
