Hi Kevin! I love your videos! They are very informative and have really helped me improve at using Teams and OneNote. I am a teacher and have been using Teams since September 2019. However, lately when I create assignments and attach the notebook page I want the students to work on, it will not sync so that the students can see it on their end. I end up going through each notebook and creating a blank page. Then, the notebook syncs and I can see the page I assigned. This has never happened to me before and it's very time consuming and frustrating. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

Thanks for these videos. I've got a question as I'm figuring out my course organization for next semester -- if attach a quiz from Forms when I create an assignment (whether by using an existing Form or creating a new one), and I assign that assignment to my class, and then I also add that same quiz Form to a Stream video, and a student who's enrolled in my class answers the questions on the quiz through the copy on the Stream video, will that get counted as submitting the assignment? Or do they have to access the Form through the assignment itself? (If this does work, then I think it will help me streamline things. If not, then I guess I'll need to figure out another plan.)
Nice video, but is it possible to give grades without creating an assignment. At school, students may earn a grade for something else than written assignment or a project as in your example. Is there any possibility to add grades manually without creating and grading an assignment? I couldn't find any answer to that on the Internet so I'd appreciate your help.

I'm guessing as paid users this wouldn't be too big of an ask? We are not an "accredited education institution" so can't get the free offer available to schools, but we still need these tools to provide online learning and training.
Forenji I was about to type the same question. I believe that it is a bit unfair not having this feature. I teach Spanish online I run a business I have approximately 40 students and I am only using teams for making group calls and Moodle for the assessment... anyway hope we lo get that feature too in the near future

Is there a way to delete old post or to hide them and also a way to organize buttons such as class syllabus, September's work, etc on the side to make things easier for students to view? I thought student work was automatically saved and retrievable. Also, is it possible for teachers to save a copy of student work because I don't usually see the work once I return the assignment to the student.

It has to be linked to a school account and the IT administrator must set you as a teacher in order to create assignments. Students can also see this tab. If you're using as a personal account it won't show up.
I’m a teacher.. I assigned a task for the students.. They send their answer as a docx file... Now can I make corrections in their file and return it back? Where do I edit? Can you change the output of the excel reports that contains grades for the class? It spits out too much information about the student and does not make it easy to create a a way to summarize the final grades etc.
Can multiple teachers grade an assignment or only the user that has issued it? I cant find anywhere that gives the option to delegate the task (ie Teacher 1 assigns the work, is off sick or leaves so Teacher 2 needs to grade it).

We had the same problem at our school. The IT/Admin have to add that as an option for users. Just let them know.

I’m a teacher.. I assigned a task for the students.. They send their answer as a docx file... Now can I make corrections in their file and return it back? Where do I edit? I am using teams app via iPhone... MS Word is also installed..
I could open it and edit it but how do I make sure the corrected doc file is returned to the student?

Can you change the output of the excel reports that contains grades for the class? It spits out too much information about the student and does not make it easy to create a a way to summarize the final grades etc.
Can multiple teachers grade an assignment or only the user that has issued it? I cant find anywhere that gives the option to delegate the task (ie Teacher 1 assigns the work, is off sick or leaves so Teacher 2 needs to grade it).
