The problem with Blanche is that its performance is terrible. The smell is 10/10 never get tired of it. But it lasts like 1 hour with zero projection. It’s almost not even worth applying it because you have to stick your nose into your shirt to smell it.
I really like chanel Edition blanche, it smells really gorgeous and unique, I believe it is very suitable for middle-aged man. I use Allure homme EAU before, but now I don't have it, I kind of not really miss the smell. Maybe I will repurchase again and give it a second try. Thank you for your sharing.
I own both, along with Bleu de Chanel Parfum. Love them all. I’ll wear the BDC and Eau Extreme all year… but I emphasize Edition Blanche during the spring and summer. Amazing fragrances:)

Fluffy and soft are good adjectives to describe Edition Blanche. It is so unique to anything else on the market ever. Lemon chiffon, vanilla and a soft woody undercurrent.
I wore Allure au extreme in a summer time at Corfu the weather was a bit windy ,people wanted to know what I was wearing and I received tons of compliments.Of course i don’t tell anything and I kept it a secret 😅
Just sprayed one on left hand and the other right hand....1hr winner by far for me head 2 head is Blanche. More projection Fresh Citrus and a touch of spice i smell... Gents try both side by side, Can't go wrong with either. 😊Will be buying a bottle tomorrow.
Hey man! Glad that you had this comparison of the two fragrances. I was able to test Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme on my skin. At first, I don't like it and to my nose, it smelled similar to Dior Homme 2020. I haven't smelled Edition Blanche. I saw one review here on youtube that it smells like lemon meringue pie so what I did was to buy a lemon pie and smelled it to give an idea of what Edition Blanche smells like and I was amazed that it smells damn good. I still need to get my hands of that fragrance. Also, I will smell the Eau Extreme once again to see if my hate will change to like or love. Thanks for this one man.

RUclips is watching me, I just got my 50ml of both these fragrances. In initial testing I feel AHSEE is a versatile everyday, signature style scent that wears extremely well. I feel AHEB is more unique, something that is more of an occasional alternative. It’s not a must-have, but a nice to have. Like a treat.
I have received some of my best compliments when I layer BDC EDP and Eau Extreme. I haven't smelled the edition Blanche but have plans on picking it up soon. I do love eau extreme.
I know most guys probably eliminated Chanel Blanche when the lady mentioned she would rather smell it on on a male friend 😆. You don't always have to smell sexy, there's instances where you just need to throw something on just to smell nice, like running errands or spending time with family.
I agree with you, for a woman's nose there's something sexy with AHSEE. It's sweet but not overly like stronger with you for example. It's just perfect balance. So for you that want to use sexy perfume but don't like parfumes that are too sweet, AHSEE is the right choice. I have proven myself that many women like it, while Creed Aventus and its clones like Montblanc Explorer get mixed reactions, not all women like it. Stronger with you also not all women like it. But AHSEE is very safe to go with and sexy!

Eau extreme is my favorite designer fragrance I've owned, such a good dry down. Allure homme sport is very good as well in high heat it just doesn't perform well on my skin. Would love to get my hands on a sample of edition blanche because everything I've tried from the line has been great.
Edition Blanche is so different from Eau Extreme.. An absolute gem if you want that core Allure Homme DNA but with a sweet and more citrusy base.. Let me know how you feel about it if you ever try it out!

I understand why someone might get that, but to my nose - when I really dig my nose into - it's the mix of lemon, vanilla, tonka and sandalwood that most likely give off that vibe.. A big dose of CREAMY lemon with the vanilla and other supporting notes 😊 Different noses get different things so there's no right or wrong 😉 Please do let me know how you find it if you get it! 😊👌
longevity is pretty good. Projection about average or slightly above average. I usually spray a bit more for a bigger scent cloud + better longevity and so that others can enjoy it more.

Eau Extreme is too sweet. Edition Blanche is more citrusy and more elegant. So Blanche > Sport > Sport Eau Extreme
