I think it's not really a big deal if a guy says a make up area, even myself will call it the same way like what Jobby said. The main point here is that, Jobby was able to present the entire house and I think he did a great job.
@@josejewelmorales4905 I think you must have misinterpreted what I said. I am merely pointing out the correct terms that would be used to improve him as I really enjoy watching his videos as well. We have many Filipino terminologies like comfort room and make up area that is only used by us, but as this is a real estate video it would be good to note that there are proper terminologies for houses that sound more accurate. How do we learn and improve if any suggestion is disputed? I have the best intentions to point that out so hope I am not raining on your parade by just suggesting the correct terms
