If u have better ways to deal with the terrorists for what they did I'm all ears. But if u don't then its justified for Bush to take military action against them. And yes for Obama's case, I agree he should have pulled out after Osama was killed. As for Biden, he did the right thing pulling out but not in an organized manner or in accordance with military procedures, that's why it's chaos.

Like they say about action movies - 1000 men with machine guns can't hit the protagonist. But the single protagonist with a pistol can take out hundreds of them. Ludicrous!
Rambo, the only guy can be tank a commander, a loader, a gunner and a driver at the same time.
Only in films but, in reality afghan mujahideen are the real life warriors 💪👊 alhamdulillah ☝️
Supposedly this is a T - 72 tank - and actually Rambo is sitting in the gunner position- most of the systems on that type are automated including the ammo loading...so is nothing impossible here... once you put in gear and push the acceleration ( red lever ) is plausible . If you meet your match who is willing to fly towards you his helicopter straight and low enough when you collide with him you will have a big explosion...and if it is your lucky day you may even survive.
And also a heli pilot, an assault infantry, a Sniper, etc etc.
Andrew Song - Rambo is no ordinary soldier - he is a member of Special Forces trained by combat veterans of previous wars. And above that he is survived the jungle hell of Vietnam as member of a Deep Recon Team ,escaped pow camp etc ,etc this is a world difference between him and today standard for soldier training.

This scene is the height of lunatic '80s action.
I know this movie hasn't aged well but back in the 90s this movie was a super hit. Remember those plastics bag with Rambo firing an RPG, the big old ones? Remember.? This movie kept us entertained.. And I'm still a fan of RAMBO..

@@technologynow7116 It's because the sheer testosterone filled balls that the horse was carrying needed some help, and through the power of pure *manliness* the helicopter was the closest heavy lift equipment available so it also took a lot of the weight of the situation just by existing in the same universe.

Yeah, the circle is complete. Two of my closest friends during the filming of this movie were in real life. One was the character upon whom Rambo was based and the other managed to escape a Russian torture prison in Afghanistan and gain a successful life in America.

as a former soldier in the armored core, I've never seen a man capable of driving a tank, loading and shooting the gun all at the same time. Furthemore, When a choper is on you you can't do much against him, he can kill you miles a way from you

No the US special forces know that they won’t be rescued after being captured and plus the US wasn’t even remotely near Rambo at the time of this battle so even if they wanted to rescue him they would’ve been there long after the battle was over

I first saw it on a small Black and White Tv in my village n the only lines me n my friends remembered was "Drop your weapons, this is your last warning" we called it the Rambo dialogue.

I was served in Afghanistan at the time and was blessed enough to have joined Rambo for this battle. Actually I was the one who saved all the prisoners not Rambo.

U all are mistaken. What Jim Cameron meant was the US aided the Mujahedeens specifically but not the talibans which was established after the war. The US aided the Mujahedeens but not to talibans when it was founded. That's what he meant.
