When you are trying to hit gardens you have to predict their movement and launch yourself at where they will be by the time you get there not where they are in that moment. Kind of similar to sniping in games with bullet speed, but instead you become the bullet.
Just some tips for the future English -I think most people would just say "how to market garden" not "how to make market garden" but it may be different where you live TF2 -Usually don't buy things from the in-game store, buy from the steam market or buy keys to turn into ref -For the future, when rocket jumping, don't hold W while in the air

try going to a Jump Academy server, there are a bunch of community servers just for helping people get better at rocket jumping. if your looking for a JA server just search "jump" into the tags and they should pop up. Here's some things to try if you want to go full trolldier: how to do a *Short Hop* to garden someone: Jump First *then* shoot the rocket when your already at the height of your jump, if you did it right you should have just gone a little bit into the air without losing your horizontal speed. *doing short hops is helpful for when your inside a building or in a hallway.* also also: try *bhopping,* its not always useful but it can *save a failed market garden attempt* or even let you *keep your crit and bounce your way into a place where the target thought they were safe,* chaining bhops is only for when you get really good at bhopping though, you should just try a single bhop to start. to practise bhopping just do some regular rocket jump practise (I recommend short hops), but when you are _Just_ about to hit the ground press jump, *if your using the rocket jumper the slight whistle you hear while rocket jumping should continue,* letting you know you've *successfully completed a bhop.*
market gardening is hard, it is a funny but very hard strategy, i highly reccomend you try jump academy first to get the hang of rjing(rocket jumping), then practice on tr_walkway (the NPC´s move only forward in a str8 line but it will do) then train it daily and then u´ll become a good trolldier, we believe in u m8
well technically you only need the market gardener, the rocket jumper is just so you don't lose a bunch of health after rocket jumping. Personally I used the B.A.S.E. jumper until I could get familiar with rocket jumping and with controlling my jumps, after that I started using the mantreads to reduce my knockback (from airblasts and damage), more air control and do damage to the people i land on
Yeah, you can market garden on Degroot keep too, it’s awesome (unless they changed medieval mode) Edit: I just checked you can do it only with the exploding pumpkins.

if you hate people shooting at you and pushing you away,i recommend equipping the mantreads,though before using them i'd learn how to air strafe,since it will be harder to air strafe without the mantreads if you do not acquire knowledge before hand
As a person with 695 hours on tf2 I have started my journey to have a new main My old main was heavy My aiming main for right now is soldier or engineer because little timmy me always wanted to be a soldier/engineer main it is my destiny I have also started to hit my first market gardens so I respect your grind at such a small experience
One thing you should always remember: DON'T ever buy anything from the Mann Co. Store, aka the ingame shop Since most of the items' prices are outdated, you're better off trading for them from players or trading bots instead

trolldiers are one of the most strongest subclasses and also one of the most weakest subclasses. pro trolldiers can hit market gardens oftenly and rocket jump greatly, and pro trolldiers are smart while newbies that's playing trolldier, only hit market gardens seldomly, sometimes good or bad at rocket jumping while me, im that intermediate one that can sometimes hit marken gardens, rocket jump greatly, but doesn't use my brain

Tip for rocket jumping is if you want to go further with one rocket, look behind you and shot at the ground (jump crouch as well)

Here's some things to try if you want to go full trolldier:
