Inside the NEWEST Times Square Development: TSX Broadway

Times Square is reinventing itself. Or at least, the corner of 47th and Broadway is. There, the old DoubleTree hotel has come down and the Palace Theater is being moved up, lifted three stories into the air to become a part of the new TSX development.
The building, which is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2022, provided investors with the unusual opportunity to create an entirely new structure directly on the Bow Tie. TRD went on location at the construction site to find out the developer's plan for Times Square's newest location.
