"Treated equal" needs a more specific description. You don't treat a man equally as a woman for sports. You don't treat a woman equally as a man for medical examinations. Even the blood tests would be different because of the chemical makeup. So there are FACTUAL instances where you CANNOT treat them equally. I'm sure you must mean we should all get a opportunity, a driver's license, ability to vote, etc etc but you need to clarify "treated equal". Because Men and Women are not equal in sex, there are undeniable differences that need to be taken into account and you just simply don't treat them same. So "treated equally" is a useless phrase without the clarity of when they actually SHOULD not be treated equal.
