- Here's our meal plan for the week:
Wednesday: Chilaquiles, Dinner: Chili & Cornbread
Thursday: Ham & Cheese Pinwheels w/ Strawberries, Dinner: Lamb Korma & Naan
Friday: Baked Potatoes & Bacon w/ lettuce & tomatoe, Dinner: Apricot Chicken w/ brown rice & Asian Salad
Saturday: Sandwiches w/ grapes, chips & juice, Dinner: Burritos
Sunday: Pork Chops, Applesauce, Salad, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Dinner: Nachos w/ Beef.
Monday: Bean Burritos, Dinner: Costco Food (those famous hotdogs!)
(We are shopping on Monday Night because Elijah's 18th birthday is on Tuesday Night and we want to have the evening free to celebrate with him!

We go shopping at Costco, Trader Joe's, and Lincoln Market in Manhattan on Tuesday evening. We take Anna (11), Chloe (9), Enoch (7), Melody (5), Moses (2), and Neta (1 month).

Aw thanks! I don’t do a lot of complicated editing which helps. I’m usually nursing Neta while uploading so I try to multitask 😅❤️

Enoch is incentivized to brush his teeth because of his new white toothbrush! I love his psychology.😆 A little reminder to keep your teeth white goes a long way.🤣 I'm going to send white toothbrushes to my college kids. Hopefully it works. Hahaha. Love Enoch's observations and perceptions!❤

I was happy to hear Enoch talk more during this video. He is helpful and knows what food he enjoys. He had good memories about past Easters. He is so grateful, too. The other children are helpful and share their goodies. It is always fun to watch the videos.

Also buy a second rotisserie chicken, shred it up and stick in the freezer for later . Then add it to pasta and some Alfredo sauce for dinner one night. The whole meal, unless you add a salad will cost you less than $20, I’m sure you’ll have to make a little more your family.
I like that you teach them portion control. So they can have their treats but not go overboard.

At my Costco you can buy a pork loin (usually cheaper) and they will slice it for you the thickness that you want. It saves you money and you can have some thinner sliced chops if you want. You should ask if they do that at your Costco. I didn’t know that until someone told me

I noticed pork chops being more economical now too! For an easy meal I coat the chops in mayonnaise and coat with breadcrumbs then bake. They always come out delicious

Hey guys! Naan are super easy to make. Even easier would be to buy a basic bread maker like I have and use the ‘dough’ setting. You can make any dough and it will do the work! Just need to shape the dough afterwards and leave for a final rise (no longer than 30 mins).
It’s definitely much cheaper to buy organic flour and make own dinner rolls etc too. Personally, the whole bread loaf making and baking is ok, but rarely used to be honest… but the dough feature is defo way to go! ❤ ps. Can make dough up in bulks and freeze too

Magic spoon cereal actually taste pretty good. It does stick in your teeth 😂.
Put the sesame seeds in a dry pan to toast just watch carefully as they tend to burn. I made Italian cookies for Christmas and threw a lot away learned my lesson

Amber a good thing to invest in a is a water pik it gets between the teeth where toothbrushes miss
Naan is so incredibly easy to make, besides the fact that it's super inexpensive to make. Same with tortillas and they are so much better
In the Candy isle try the dark chocolate covered mandarins… they are so yummy
