Everyone did so good while shopping. The big kids are always so good about entertaining the little ones during your shopping trips. I only had two boys, but we live in the middle of nowhere while they were growing up and the closest store was 65 miles away so I shopped in bulk too. I also was the second child of a 5 child family. Beans are the best cheap source of protein there is and there is nothing wrong with eating a lot of beans especially when you are trying to stay on budget. There are so many verities and ways to fix beans❤

I couldn't stop laughing at Moses when he 'traded' his Chomp stick for sardines 😅 "No, I don't want it, I have sardines." What a funny kid and such a unique pallet! Noah entertaining Neta was so precious 💕 I enjoyed the piano concert by Elijah😊 Your family is such a joy to watch.❤
l was slightly concermed about Mo at costco because he's normally not that quiet, but it was great to see him got his mojo back at trader joe's, that adorable personality and his wanting to help with putting the groceries into the cart makes watching your videos the highlights for me, l have to admit that when l first started watching your videos, Mo has totally captured my heart, l think every family should have a Mo in their lives, also a special shout out to Netta and Melody, they also have a special place in my heart, they are so cute and adorable!. Fun fact!, my second nephew also has the same middle name, Alexander, as your husband, Amber!, although the only time l ever heard my brother in law used it was when he called my nephew his full name when he was being naughty!.😀😆

I buy roast and things that are on sale i put the grinder attachment on my stand mixer and grind it all to make killer burgers and so on doesnt take long and the taste is super . Saves alot of money . Make all ur own bread it's fun and u can add whatever you want for flavor. You can make fresh jam fresh every day if you want control ur sugar. Saves so much make biscuits out of three ingredients about 200 dollars per batch supper make ur own butter you can buy whipping cream like close to its date and buy the containers and give the kids jars with lids and you shake and roll and there you are .then u run cold water on butter and rinse and squeeze and butter for ur biscuits and fresh jelly you made. It's fun for all the kids to do and not hard and very little time. You can make ur own yogurt which is so simple and cheese out of whole milk that once again u can buy maked down very easy.
I ran a Day Care as a Director i had 100 kids every day , best job i ever had .I loved those oh so sweet babies. So every day I came up with things to do as crafts and part of there learning about bugs and natute.i taught them how to make there own pizzas on Friday there for they made there pizzas and put their own topping on top which meant they would try new toppings that they didn't eat normally because their bestie ate that ,God work it that world of daycare we were able to say our blessings over our food and they got to eat things they made with their own sweet hands. Gods blessings all over the place. I see some of the kids that I used to take care of and they remember so.much. I lived in the country so they got to see my wonderful horses and dogs and the creek had crawl dad's and little fish in them.God was so good to me with those children and got to teach them who God was and how much he loved them You are blessed because God has given you so many children to love and care for and you two are doing a wonderful job, and I love you for that God gets a chance to really letting them grow and for them come to know how wonderful Jesus is how much he loves them and as they grow the mercy and grace he has for us. Super Great video,,prices have gone crazy,,we spend give or take $550. A month and there's 2 adults,,and few Beautiful pets so if yall can stay under $3000.00 with yall Beautiful Family yall are doing Fantastic. Ours are high because we buy food that helps with being diabetic,,try stay away from sweet snacks! But fruit is also high,,but sometimes we cheat😅 🎉❤❤

$4.99 Rotisserie chicken is an amazing deal! I would get six or more if they don't have a limit and tear them apart and freeze for quick easy dinners like hot dishes and burrito's and what ever comes up. You have a Trader Joes that is 4 times the size of the one we have near me in MN. Plus they bag your groceries for you, ours just throws our stuff in a empty cart and we have to bag it all ourselves off to the side away from the register. I love that you are a family of 13 just like Dougherty Dozen but what you basically spend on your monthly shopping is only 1 week of shopping for them. Yours is very normal wise spending. You have fairly healthy eating in your household and of course there is always room for a delicious cake or some type of desert for after dinner. Yummy!
I just do not know how you can afford this. My oldest son died and I raise His three children and we scrape from the bottom of the barrel - must have very good jobs!! God Bless you all

Wow, just thinking of the grocery bill gives me heart palpitations. So much mouth to feed!!! Amber said they hardly have any leftovers. Between food and rent and other expenses, 25k a month is not enough, with that many children. How do you do your budget???
Honestly it’s a struggle and there are times when I’m nervous we won’t be able to pay rent & buy food but shopping at the beginning of the month helps us budget.

If you find a cheaper cut of meat, roast , briskets etc, they usually grind it into ground beef for you and it’s cheaper

There is a drop off but it’s quite a distance but it would be worth it I bet!
You can made your own dawn powerwash. Dawn soap,rubbing alcohol and water. Whole lot cheaper

Our Costco doesn’t have beef broth unfortunately and the tortillas at Costco have bleached flour but thankfully Trader Joe’s is pretty economical.
