After visiting Honda's Performance Manufacturing Center (NSX factory) and viewing this video, I am even more impressed with quality control methods and superior manufacturing techniques utilized by Acura/Honda during production of NSX.
everything about the manufacturing is sooo italian. I can imagine it much like how they make food. Slap on the parts, delicately torque down the parts, smoothly and artistically apply adhesives and stitch the components together, dipping, tapping, twisting. And the italian talks about the car like its a pizze xd

The engineering that goes into these cars costs millions of dollars. And when you sell less than 10,000 cars a year, that's going to drive price up. The refinement in the engines, the way they're balanced, for example, is miles ahead any typical car. Let alone the brakes, the transmissions, the computer management for traction control etc.. to say it's no different than a focus is as arrogant as it gets. Also, why is the idea of a car being built by hand on such a high horse? I know for a fact on the old Ferrari Daytona's one hood or door from one car would not fit properly on another.. these machines build these cars to the specs the price demands.
