I cant believe this is just a mod. It could have been another official campaign. The story, the plot and everything is so convincing. The campaign looks to be well designed as well. It's so intricate. Made me guess were they playing war game based on these factions ? the politics and everything looks so realistic
@@swawslord Mental Omega is 2decades old by now, if I'm not mistaken Speeder started worked on it back in 2004, that's how much love and dedication he has put on this mod, I'm not sure if there's a mod out there that can compare to Mental Omega, it's just on another level.

Watching your mental omega video feels like watching movies instead of just explaining the lore. The effort goes in editing and realistically shows how the battle goes on lore accurate. Most other channels would just retell in a boring tone, but you my comrade is not one of them. You're the best.

Part 7 even worked as a sort of season finale due to it recapping the end of Act 1 and ending with that amazing montage of Epsilon bases being erected. Well done, keep them coming so that I can keep on showing them.

Also love how all the factions are written personally like they have genuine stakes and emotions, not one of them being sidelined and destroyed or uplifted on a whim just to progress the plot. All the turning points are organically acted out and the events occurring are interconnected. Love it. Also also your narrations and AI art breathes new life to the already vigorous story of Mental Omega, with the gameplay just increasing the epicness of this saga, so thank you truly, Psyminette. Though gonna wonder if you are ever gonna do challenges with Mental Omega like the other Red Alert games.

....On another note, since the game speed is normally on faster I bet the reason why Rahn took time to come out is because he was getting used to his newfound power. And the fact that the new TN-Virus gun is still experimental and learning who he is working with now. So basically, Rahn is having a short class from the infiltrator while brutes are on recess.
You never realize how badly the Soviets got folded like a lawn chair until you realize that The Conqueror, The Raven, and Fallen Ashes were all concurrently happening at the same time 😵
That was what the creepy factor for me, in mod was: Yuri had his fingers in so many pies, and so much influence, that he could make things happen at the snap of his fingers. And no one had the power to stop, let alone fully understand without being silenced…

The narrator sounds like the ones in starcraft 2 patch explanation videos from blizzard. These mental omega story explanations are helpful for clearing out misconceptions that players think about the missions, and what they missed when not paying attention to texts inside the missions. I myself am a mental omega player. And I like modifying missions and making missions for pleasures.

How sad for the Reds when they lost everything, the capital, their premier and the High Command. So finally Yuri has made his move to take over during the Mental Omega War. Well at least for the Allies, they're fighting back in the first scene and they did a rescue op to save Tanya too! But that end with Libra was thrilling!
