I had searched far and wide and never found a reliable source on how to properly pronounce words like Dundelandsdalen and Irkalla so I just went with how I usually pronounce it lmao. I am extremely sorry for butchering foreign words.
For those unaware, Mental Omega is a free unofficial expansion pack for Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge, just recently reaching the 10th anniversary of its version 3.0 release.

My favorite part of the Mental Omega lore is that amongst the likes of technological marvels such as the chronosphere, large-scale mind control devices, advanced genetic manipulation and city-sized aircraft, the most complex and hard-to-produce technology is an ICBM.

I mean it's not unreasonable. Kinetic weapons are still unstable and inherently hard to use effectively no matter how advanced you are technologically.
Afaik it's part of the RA2 lore in general, since WW2 was heavily modified by Einstein's time travel and as such the Manhattan project also never happened, so nukes are in their infancy in the MO timeline, and thus, there was little incentive to develop ICBMs, too.
cruise missiles should not be that hard to manufacture man at least in this universe.
in my opinion getting an ICBM shouldn't be that difficult. I think the hard part is getting some decent warhead for it.

Now that's some lore in this episode.
So that's how the Soviets got their hands on the Gen 1 Chronosphere, that explains the mission with Rahn and Malver to capture it. Well at least good news for the Allies that they're fighting back, thank goodness that Paradox Engine got away safely before the SteinsTech Hanger was destroyed by the Irkalla, so all this time those missions were like bait for the Allied Commander so the Epsilon can make their move to infiltrate the London Fortress. No wonder why the trap was set for the Allies there. I can't wait for next part for the Allies' new toy!
Simple. They begin to move south and eventually collide with “Strange thing that Yuri built in Antarctica”
It's more that the Allies were forced to expedite the Paradox Engine after Yuri's attack on London.

WOW!!!! That Paradox Engine launch! I was super excited when I realized it was going to show, but I was NOT ready for how you would do it. The way it took off, the animation is so beautiful! But also the touch at the beginning was great. And now seeing the missions happen. I'm super excited to see what the next mission is. And how this will appear.

It could be Psyminette doing it himself or someone else (The later is more likely as Psy already said before that someone does some touchups to the AI art).

mental omega itself is build on real old game i mean 30 year and the mod itself it HARD. So most fan base are real lover.
But if this game build as fps on that last mission where fight take place around omega device am sure this will be hit.
