That looks like fun, I remember I used to pop the ball part of deodorant bottles and fill them with paint and pop the ball part back on, for my kids when they were little, they used to have so much fun, it reminded me of that. Thanks for another fun Sunday Froyle😀
You are fearless! I love it. I tend towards the timid side in my art because I think of everything as “precious”. You are leading the way towards expanding my thinking when it comes to my creativity. Thank you!
It's only paper baby, & a lot of paint! haha! You can use it for collage material, making cards or mixed media artworks. Nothing gets wasted and everything is usable, so no fear!! Cheers
The set you have costs over $100 in the States. The individual markers are $17 😮. You might be able to get similar effects by filling a paint dauber bottle with acrylic paint, for much cheaper.
Am not 100% sure about the Poscas but glad you like them. I did want to thank you for enthusing about the Kozo papers and I found my way to their site from your RUclips …… and gave them a large order and not only got free postage but a discount thanks to you. The Milano papers are gorgeous and really large sheets. I have some of the roses and the black Kobe Kozo as well. It arrived in the UK in 2 weeks that I think is really quick. Best wishes from Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.
I’ve seen similar techniques with Sharpies, so I recently purchased so dual headed Sharpies to try on my gel plates. I haven’t tried it yet. Can’t wait to see the rest of this video and see everyone’s comments.
I'd never heard of these before. I just looked it up and in Canada it's $138 + over $8 for shipping for a set of FOUR! And $30 each plus $5 shipping! I love the "splashy" look they give when you just plonk the head straight onto your paper. I think I should try buying some bingo dabbers to fill with fluid acrylic to see if I could get this effect!
A more affordable alternative I've used is 'sponge head applicator bottles'. You can use fluid acrylics, inks, etc. in them. You can use water or the appropriate medium if you need to increase the flow. Enjoy.
Fun stuff Froyle!!👍 Some beautiful pulls!! Oh my my!! Bet the metalics are coming out next!! Will have to save my pennies!! Thank you so much for today! 💜😘💙
So much fun, I know they are expensive but good to know they out there and how well they work. Thank you for experimenting on our behalf. Much appreciated!!!!! I also notice this episode has inspired people to improvise with other ways to achieve a similar affects. Thanks Froyle.
I love it! The effects they can make are so cool. Unfortunately not in the budget right now, but I do have some jumbo paint markers I bought and am trying to use more so there's that idea. Thanks for this video!
Another artist came across my feed and she actually used a Sharpie permanent marker on her gel plate. She used the fine line and did multi circle prints. I thought of you because they looked so much like the paper you had and duplicated with paint. I was surprised that she was able to pull permanent marker off her plate. I thought her acrylic paint wouldn't adhere to the marker but to my surprise they were gorgeous
Froyle says bracing herself for a struggle: You have to prime these. Next instant all the paint comes flowing out. LOL! So unlike the regular pens with shaking and pushing on the nibs getting nothing.
Miss Froyle! This was FAB! I received one (only one!!) of the Montana Empty Acrylic Marker for my birthday last month, and it is pretty amazing. They come in all sorts of sizes, fill with your fav paint, and MAKE ART! I think there are some LARGER than the crazy huge Posca one you used in these gorgeous works today. (Mine is not larger, but now I aspire to find larger ones!) So there I go, trying to spend more of your art money! HUGS! ❤ deb
Oh yes, that Mop’R set will cost you an arm or a leg for sure 😆, but these brush stroke-like marks are sooo beautiful. And your smudgy experiment at 24:00 was so satisfying to watch 😍! Enjoy your latest treasures, dear Froyle! Aloha from Berlin ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Well those markers would set me back more than “a few dollars”. I live on a fixed income and $100 is more than a few dollars, that’s a month’s power supply. So glad you liked them but I’m pretty sure I can get the same effect using a brush with acrylic paint.
Thanks for the Joggles info-I have items in my cart already so off I go! Thanks for the info. I tried Posca pens I already own (after I watched your video) but need the "shoe polish" style.
Hello FroyleArtFor, of course, you have a reason to laugh!! most of the products are given to you to advertise their make!! However, for everyone out there who has never done this kind of technique, BE VERY MUCH AWARE!! this is not as easy as the videos make it look. I wasted a lot of money and time and was not successful. If anything almost traumatized me and made me feel so incompetent. I am renowned for not giving up and have done complicated art to a good standard. In any case all the best of luck.
These Posca cans are so overpriced - and absolutely unnecessary! You get the same effect with normal acrylic paint on a wet brush. For the blobbs you can use cosmetic sponges for example, they come in different sizes and structures or you cut them in shape. But if you can afford to make the Posca company even richer - go ahead and have fun with them. I have even more fun without them creating inexpensive solutions by myself.

Hello Barbara C
@@margueritemitchell1829 HELLO Marguerite!!!
I wonder if they are refillable. Either by design or if you have to 'break' it. To me, the answer to that question would change a lot!
Not sure yet! But that’s a good point! 👍🏼 cheers
That was so much FUN!!!!!!!! I set up an Amazon subscription for the set: $ 86.10 USD. Worth exploring for that much FUN!!!
I loved it so much! I have so many more ideas to explore with them! 👍🏼 Happy creating! 😘 cheers
@@FroyleArt I look forward to seeing what else you come up with as I won't receive my markers until mid-February ❣❣

Love these of course but even in The US there are a fortune. Great video
Thanks for joining me! 😘 cheers
These remind me of the Krink K-60 Paint Markers (water resistant ink, actually).
I don't know what that is, but it's probably fun!! Cheers!
❤❤❤❤
👍🏼😘
❤
So much fun! 😘 Cheers Froyle
In Australia on Amazon they are $20 each plus $20 shipping not available in a set 😮
I got them here in NZ from the art shop! You should be able to get them in Aussie with little shipping 👍🏼 cheers 😘
How much does the box cost here in NZ?
Depends where you get it from! 😘 cheers
Hi I am hoping you could put a link to the wet strength tissue paper here .Cheers
Sure thing! Cheers Carnival Papers Wet Strength White Tissue Paper - amzn.to/3CvaRL7
Oh these look super fun. Do you think you could refill them with your own acrylics? Love your designs.
I don’t know about that? I think it would dry up or clog! Cheers
Each $29.94 Canada 🇨🇦 😅😢
Heck that is just ridiculous! 😩 cheers!
Too pricey for me....some round sponges and acrylic will do the same job perhaps.
They just might! 😘 Happy creating! Cheers
They don’t last long so I read by other artists xx
Oh that’s probably right, the paint runs very fast! 😍 cheers
Very fun! Love how full of ideas and enthusiasm you are! Thanks!
Looks like a bunny
It so does! 😂 thanks so much now I can’t un see that! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

No, not worth the cost. Same thing can be done with cheaper products.
