Every part is really good, but you should upgrade from 16 gb ram(8x8) to a 32 gb (16×16) don't get the corsair Vengeance RGB Pro SL Just get the pro if I you can find it. There's black ones to if you can't find them in white
dang, the fortnite guy is really good. it's nice that you have a partner where he knows how to play the game to fully utilize the set up and not just play randomly just to put up a good benchmark.

I got a 12600k last year and recently upgraded to a RTX 4070 Ti and so far I have been really impressed with performance, seems to be a perfect 1440 build.
Sick build, but my main concern is that you are using only one GPU cable and not 2 . I know for a fact that for 1 GPU cable you should extract from the source maximum 150 W. You need 2 use 2 PCiE cables for the gpu

Wouldnt an I5 12600K bottleneck the 4070ti? I am about the watch the video because Im planning to build with this combo but the reviews online are mixed with some saying its great and the other saying its a big bottleneck. Yes you can install multiple. It depends on what kind of SSD you're referring to. Most motherboards have at least 1-2 M.2 slots for M.2 SSDs. Most PC cases support at least 2 hard drives/SSDs. For specific information, you'll need to reference the motherboard and/or PC case manual.
I have a question: In your game-examples the 4070ti doesn´t reach 100% load, it is running at round about 95-97%. Is that a bottleneck from the cpu? I just want to know, if it is important to reach 100% or 96% is absolutely enough

yes but you wanted the 1440p gaming instead 1080p i recommend getting a monitor that is 1440p
1600$ and can't do 4k 60fps for AAA really hard to justify a Pc Purchase compared to a PS5 for 400$ tbh
7900XT makes more sense with 8GB more Vram , similar performance and less expensive but this is cool too
It’s actually 8GB more. The XT has 20 vs 12 of the 4070Ti. The XTX has 24GB.

he was using a capture card from another computer, but if you use obs it’ll drop 20-30 fps but it’s not noticeable ❤

You could get the i5 13600k instead and all you need to do is update the Bios
