I think being a firefighter would be such an impressive job to anyone. Parents, friends, etc. I mean you get to save lives! What other jobs can you say that about?
My teachers are always getting angry at me at school bc I want to be a firefighter. I come from a family of firefighters and I love the lifestyle and always enjoy riding along with them on the engine. I don’t understand why so many people are against it

Just want to say, Korean Americans are some of the most hard working people I know! He is one of the many heros of LA!
Because they most likely wanted him to be a doctor or lawyer.
It's a crapshoot since they use a lottery system. You could get a 100% on their written exam and not move on in the process. You could score a 70% and move on.

Try LA County first. You'll be much happier and live longer.

You have to first learn how to choke someone out in a he-man outfit. You learn that day 1 of training.
