Ethxn my best young man, I’m available as a resource for you to reach out to any time. My Son is a career firefighter at the rank of Capt . My best to you.
Big thanks! 🙏🏼
@@ethxn2159 you started when you were 12? What the fuck?
Did it both as a professional vollie and a paid department for years, loved it. 60 now a little old for pulling hose, throwing ladders.
My Step Dad was a LAFD fire fighter his whole career starting in the 1960's until he retired. He was the Paramedic in the station, also drove engine and tiller. He is amazing, he can do anything, never complains, and i know he hurts like hell. Living rurally myself for 60 years, I can't imagine the chaos of the LA freeways on a daily basis, or how many people he has carried out of a burning building, I asked one time how many...he guessed 100-120. THANK YOU TO ALL FIRST RESPONDERS!
Such a sad situation, RIP Frank🙏
These guys are amazing !!!! Thank you for your service !!!!!!
S/o to all L.A.F.D, much luv n respect

Cool! Did the sound track for Backdraft too.
The camera crew never left the station.
I'm.based in South Africa feels like I'm not living my life based on my calling
Deep down I'm a born firefighter but due to fees I couldn't finish or start the course 🥺
Is there a longer version of this?
Is this part of a full on documentary. If so how can i find it?
is there an actual full length documentary or is it just this 5 minutes?
Where can I see the full documentary?
California's Last Gasp I think that was the whole documentary, but it was amazing nonetheless
Worked in large urban fire stations for 30 years, never seen anyone run to their trucks.
Craig Pruiett wow you’re so cool tyfys
Well now u have lol
Honestly every LA city station I’ve worked at we all run for any structure call, Yafyas
@@LACity68 105s they didnt haha
It would suck having to deal with all the homeless who are a constant source of calls for help when their drugged or drunk out of their mind passed out in traffic around L A.
It may be a waste of money, but they are still people
that's engine 9... skid row
Sad
Please fight cancer and clean your equipment. :(
Before low on air you call for mayday get out lunar and guard lives motto least in maryland you do
Isn’t life on the line a John Travolta movie?
Not one fireman, whose been on for any amount of time, runs to the truck like that.
Maybe your hard chargin pancake flippin bearded volley station doesnt, but why dont you stop by a real city station and see what its like. Stick to what you know hero.
No. I know exactly what I’m talking about. No one runs to the truck. No one.
Lol yeah they had to for the camera
Back when I was an explorer riding along in East L.A. we got a call for a house fire. I ran out to the truck from the kitchen and by the time I have my bottoms on the tiller man was already dressed and in his seat ready to go. If you got a fire everyone's running.
Dean Soria yeah fire they run... medical calls not so much
This is not a real firefighter video, there isn’t a screaming Q-2b!
__ go away vollie jolly.
And? That’s the inlet proof you have?
Eagle Official you do realize I know that this is real right?
MOPARGuy it’s a joke idiot
Ok 👌
They need to do this to the top fire dept. in Los Angeles. And ...that would be LA County Fire Dept. No need to slum around with LAFD and the JV team.
County is alright
Ain't much happening in Santa Clarita so ...
OCFA is varsity league ;)
County for brush 👍🏼 not so much for structure.
