Those long coats from fdny I have one with a long pair of fdny boots

Those long coats and 3/4 boots went away just a year later. Makes you wonder how many more cases of heat-related illness there were when they started putting these guys into the new turnout gear. It keeps steam off of you, but you'll cook like a potato inside of it.

Did I hear the commentator say twice already the word military? That's funny because he said in the beginning no military experience could help anyone. Yet this is done in a military fashion during this video.

All City Fire is a para military format. In Pittsburgh all city fire fighters are formerly military.. im sure there's an exception to this rule but I've yet to see it. Mostly marines are PBF
