These Adam copies should hang out with the ardanian soldiers! I can only imagine the deep topics they would talk about. Love the music in this place and also love Nia so much but never used her as a blade though, her healing haloes saved me more than once.
Every dark elemental blade has dark mastery, you already had a lot of dark elemental blades but you were looking at battle skills instead of field skills.
Yeah, that part of the different skills can be pretty frustrating. Most people hate it when the game stop them like that. Honestly, in part is our fault. For not training those skills in the blades that we already have. But there are so much stuff to farm!
Nia is a crazy powerful blade. Sadly, she is also the only healer in the group as a driver, which made me feel forced to keep her as such. But I really think she is very, very strong as a blade, and very unique.
Umm... Yeah... Good time to get in here? Anyway since you have been getting hang of the combat system pretty well I might as well go more into detail on some things the game didn't explain properly I'll start with cancelling because that's a very important mechanic in xc2 The game tells you near the start that using arts right after hitting an enemy with an auto attack makes it do more damage and charges your special a bit But it never tells you that's not the only way you can do it You can do it by using arts, specials or blade switch after hitting an enemy with auto attacks, arts or after using blade switch So if you do an auto attack, then use one your arts, then switch to another blade after that art hits (after last hit if the art hits multiple times) and then use another art on the blade you switched to you would get 3 cancels in total. Both arts would do more damage and it would charge your special by 37.5% (12.5% per cancel) On top getting 50% from using 2 arts If you cancel an action with every art you do it only takes 8 arts to get your special to level 3 instead of 12 arts with no cancels Also you can cancel attacks even if they miss but not if they are blocked And all effects that do something when cancelling auto attacks (eyepatch accessories for example) actually work on all cancels One thing the game is never mentions at all is what the element symbol in the middle of your arts does Every blade has an effective range at which they do more damage and when you are in that range the symbol lights up. You can see it light up at 49:01 It's not really the most important thing in the game but it's still pretty dumb that the game never tells you about it at all Now a random fact about Zeke's name Zeke's full name in Japanese is "Sîvrit Brunet Luxuria" "Sîv" sounds like Zeke, which is why people call him that In the English translation his name was changed to "Ozychlyrus Brounev Tantal" but everyone still calls him Zeke

"I love you and all of you guys" best foreshadowing in game history.
Honestly, I respect their bravery. 😂

I mean, the ledges are close enough to jump down so the skills aren't absolutely needed.
algorithm boost +1

The game tells you near the start that using arts right after hitting an enemy with an auto attack makes it do more damage and charges your special a bit
But it never tells you that's not the only way you can do it
You can do it by using arts, specials or blade switch after hitting an enemy with auto attacks, arts or after using blade switch
So if you do an auto attack, then use one your arts, then switch to another blade after that art hits (after last hit if the art hits multiple times) and then use another art on the blade you switched to you would get 3 cancels in total.

If you cancel an action with every art you do it only takes 8 arts to get your special to level 3 instead of 12 arts with no cancels
Also you can cancel attacks even if they miss but not if they are blocked
And all effects that do something when cancelling auto attacks (eyepatch accessories for example) actually work on all cancels
One thing the game is never mentions at all is what the element symbol in the middle of your arts does
Every blade has an effective range at which they do more damage and when you are in that range the symbol lights up. You can see it light up at 49:01

Now a random fact about Zeke's name
Zeke's full name in Japanese is "Sîvrit Brunet Luxuria"
"Sîv" sounds like Zeke, which is why people call him that
In the English translation his name was changed to "Ozychlyrus Brounev Tantal" but everyone still calls him Zeke
