As a business lawyer of multiple years - that has been watching Graham since before law school, the fact that I still find these videos interesting speaks miles to the work and preparation you're putting into these, Graham. Well done!
Ben is such a great real estate investor. He doesn’t just cater to people with money. He also caters to people that don’t have a lot of money. It’s awesome seeing wealthy people look after the little guys.
Love the comment of “everyone need a budget”. This guy did not bs his business. Real interview, real scenario. It’s important to see that, no matter the amount of money you make, you always have to work smart and not outspend.
Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.
Wow. So impressed with his story. A true self-made man. Wish I had that kind of brain. Some people just know how to get it done. Unfortunately, if he doesn't watch his health, he may not be around long to enjoy it.
Yeah in his videos he always makes it clear he understands and that his smoking habits got the better of him. Although he truly is a good person in recent videos hes been talking about teaching his family members how to run things cause he knows hes not gonna be around forever.
I really don’t know why the video hasn’t performed so well in the first 24hrs. This video is great! It’s exactly the kind of content I’d like to watch.
This was a fantastic video. Perhaps the most interesting component to me is the signs of clear stress in the commercial property market. Ben does a great job being positive about it, but it's clear he's really trying to get out of trouble here. I can't help but thing the issues detailed here are a microcosm to the commercial real estate market as a whole right now...
I love how he kept repeating "Make it a better place AND make more money" He's not compromising his integrity & cheapening the experience for the renters/clients/residents to make money but sacrificing quality. That was cool!
I love how awkward Graham is during these interviews. To be fair though, these people have insane personalities and it's hard to keep up with them. If I were interviewing someone like that, I'd probably die of anxiety.
I LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS VIDEO. What a wonderful idea to interview this man. PLEASE do more of these. This was such a quality video with an excellent person. THANK YOU GRAHAM!!!
The best part is when he said I work with the tenants. He’s so motivated to make his investments work he does everything he can to make his tenants successful so in turn he is more successful
This was such a well-edited videos. Love the music and the cutaway clips to graham talking to the camera. The whole video flowed super well. Good stuff!
I like how he’s worth 500 mil and says he needs “financial stability.” No matter how many millions someone has, financial “stability” and “security” are a moving target…
Graham is starting something with these interviews. It's like watching a Master Class. And we get to view/listen for free?! Tfs and continue success, Graham. 😊
Listen, NONE of you in the comments or watching this video have 1/10th of what it takes to be this guy and do what he did. That's NOT an insult. My family has worked with Mr. Mallah many times in the past 20 years from a legal perspective and he is the most ruthless and morally bankrupt man on the planet. If you can look a pregnant Mom in the eyes and tell her to kick rocks after the mold in your property got her and her 2yr old sick, while evicting her then laugh about it at a $150/plate lunch, then you might have what it takes. This guy is RUTHLESS and I wouldn't trade ANY of his wealth for that life.
His ticket to becoming a millionaire was to leave all aspects of being human, and focus solely on the money. He's absolutely ruthless. If he buys a apartment complex and raises the rent so high the elderly tenants who have lived there for years can't pay...Not his problem. A royal prick. I'm not a millionaire, but I wouldn't sell my soul either.
16:00 He is a multi-millionaire and wants a to save a few thousand every month by putting fake grass and firing his landscaper. That's the mindset of a successful individual who wants to go far in life. It's the same exact thing for someone making $50k a year to save $50 every single month. Because that $50 can go a long way.
I love this guy. I appreciate his self realization that the more stuff you own, the more your stuff owns you. Look at him, no bling. Perhaps he doesn't feel the need to 'project' his wealth. He's a hard worker with some street smarts. It was a fun video to watch. Graham, if you are reading this comment, you need to work a bit on your interviewing skills. Your responses are very terse.
Loved his honesty. Didn't try to sugarcoat anything. Gave us the real deal - the good and the bad. Major respect to this man.
You gotta watch his channel!
The size disparity between you two is crazy!

Still waiting on the apology video for pushing FTX. That hurt a lot of people.

It’s not the public schools job to teach investment advice. Public schools have a hard enough job teaching math and English.
I love his story ! I’m so happy he turned his life around and followed his gut feeling to move out and create the life he truly wanted ! 🙌
Been watching Ben for years glad he is finally getting noticed, the man is a legend!!

Thank you Graham.

This was a great epsiode BABY! I love Ben Mallah thank you for presenting this hilarious highly intelligent man.
This guy seems super down to earth. It’s interesting hearing him talk about how he finds deals, and how he is handling the real estate market now.
How do you know if he is nice or not? You honestly think a typical guy with good morals can climb to top?
@@movie30000 obviously nice people can get to the top. Do you actually know anything about Ben and his story?
ben is really out here dropping gems. bravo to this gentleman, i feel like we can all learn alot from him.

This guy actually inspires me.

Full circle, baby! I first came across Ben on Graham's RUclips channel three years ago. It's great to see you two together, again.:)
I’ve been critical of Graham but I can’t deny that he still puts out some good videos. I like the transparency of Ben.

Pretty sure this is my absolute favorite episode of yours. The loud mouth is very entertaining, but you also made it into a great learning story.
Best video graham has posted
Kudos to Alex on the filming! This video looks so much better than the first part from years ago
I like listening to Ben he under stands and explains it well

“Mo’ money, mo’ problems”
A million dollar house may have high yearly costs (upkeep, repairs, taxes, ECT).
Well he has a lot of debt $250M+. It could all crash down.
Came here from your Instagram story! Awesome job Graham. I love the videos where you go meet the people in person. Adds a lot of value!
