I love and hate this guy. I just started investing in apartment buildings and you'd be surprised how quick you can acquire apartment buildings and other commercial properties. Great great video!!!!
Nah it's not that big. I mean it is big. Ben's is 10,000 Sq Ft but 50 Cent used to own a house with 54 rooms and 50,000+ Sq Ft. That I don't doubt for a second he didn't even see a quarter of the rooms.
Very few explain cause mostly they want to hide stuff cause of taxes and fearing competition as well as peoples' jealousies, also some income may not be straight through illegal means as well as having the normal legal business the public knows about. This guy doesn't care and his income is very straight!
This is not true at all there are a ton of people who clearly explain how to become a millionaire. Have you even looked? There is the book millionaire next door by Stanley. There's total money make over by Dave Ramsey. There is rich dad poor dad by Robert kayasaki. There is literally hundreds of books on the subject matter. People just don't want to do what it takes. It's a long slow grind. People just want to get rich quick scheme. There's no secrets to evading taxes you have a business you have business write-offs. It's not a secret everybody knows. It's not even a bad thing businesses need tax write-off so they can use money to keep the business going. If they have to pay taxes before their business expenses businesses would go out of business or would never have the chance to grow, creating more money more jobs more opportunity for everybody. It's a simple equation spend less money than you make, invest the money you have saved into assets, the assets make you money, you continue to save the money you make and reinvest it, your money increases exponentially overtime. Yet people don't really want to be wealthy They just want to buy flashy stuff and look wealthy. They don't have the patience, they just want a flex for their friends.

Nothing but respect for this man. I went to school with his Niece and served his family a couple times at Seaweed, where I work. Really genuine and awesome people. I look forward to learning more from Mr. Mallahs content.

Ben seems like that loud mouthed guy who's a bit crude and ribs you the wrong way at first, maybe, but longer I watched, the more I realized he's a good dude with a great message. And what a driven individual. I think if he has something to say that could motivate a person, it's that he talks about the hard work and the 18 hour days, etc. But thats what it is to work for yourself. Hard work and sacrifice! In the end I am glad you got a chance to have this interview with Ben, because he seems like a good dude and I think he deserves the lifestyle he's earned.
on the surface he swears a lot but actually his voice and his inner are the opposite he seems like a really nice guy What an honorable hardworking dude and as I expected real estate guy! just like you Graham
Ben seems like a guy you don't want to mess with if you're going to treat him unfairly in business, and at the same time such a warm and fun guy to hang around. He seems to appreciate his own success.
This is a man with real balls who was willing to take real risks. People today, they play it safe and are too afraid to get their hands dirty. Truly motivational to see a person like Ben. This is what real estate should look like! Building REAL wealth.

I have watched him for a while on Koncrete. Before I thought the same but then I realized that he cares for the people around him, he is nice to people in need, helps his relatives and employees and a lot of other good stuff.
That guy is Amazing - big respect for all he’s accomplished on his own - he’s not blaming others for what he doesn’t have - he worked hard and made it happen.
This is why I don't agree with people blindly saying we should take money from the rich and give to the poor. Here you have a man who not only started with nothing but had a rough childhood and family alike. He had nothing and worked his ass off to one day get the things he always wanted and raise his family like his parents never did for him.
Well, to rewind your comment a bit.. Do his children deserve to have their inheritance taken away just because THEY didn't earn it, when his entire motivation is to give them what he didn't have? I think not.. The idea of taking money from other people so the peasant ass democrats of this country can have everything free is bullshit.
I agree, the third of the apopulation that lives in poverty should wake up and get the ass off to build its own capital, after all it is enough to want it. really

@@pat564 He does it to everyone. In one of his recent vids I just watched, he made fun of this drunk homeless guy who was trying to fight him. It disarms everybody and makes them feel like they can joke around with him. He ended up giving $20 or something to buy himself some shoes.
As a New Yorker, he's definitely a New Yorker.

This is a man with real balls who was willing to take real risks. People today, they play it safe and are too afraid to get their hands dirty. Truly motivational to see a person like Ben. This is what real estate should look like! Building REAL wealth.

It was an incredible rags to riches story. Great advice from Ben. He really opened up to Graham and gave honest advice.
Very inspiring story for sure!
