I have yet to notice another Medical video presentation where the Doctor/Doctors take so much time and care for their followers.Replying to most if not all questions and comments. I have gained so much medical advice from this site and I have yet to notice their errors. All in all, we are so blessed to have Dr. M and Dr. C looking after us like angels❤. @@NerveDoctors I TOTALLY AGREE with Mr. Wong. My general physician in late 90's was also a Chinese Medicine doctor, Dr. Cynthia Wong MD, Toronto, Ontario. She explained to me as in your videos all the chemicals stored in cigarette filters and why it's a good idea to give it up. I did. I learned from her how the more 'light' in the cigarette package was filled with more poison chemicals in the filter !!!

    Thank you, Dr. Valerie, for your very impressive presentation of Vitamin B12. As you can read my previous comment 2 weeks ago below, I am trying to figure out how on earth there were dozens of youtubers out there only talks on causes and symptoms of vitamin deficiency, but not a single one of them talked on what you are pointing out, especially B1, B6 and B12. I am still having a year supply of B1 to B12 vitamins, some as single capsule and some as multivitamins. These vitamins were bought from giant pharma companies of USA and I am a VVIP-valued Cumstomer.
    That said I tried to buy your NUPHORIA cm Gold but currently out of stock. Meanwhile, Dr. Valerie, can you produce a video on vitamin and mineral for rejuvenating the spine [spinal stenosis due to old age] at the moment only exrcises here and there. God Bless you and The Nerve Doctors.

She said she hasn’t seen that low in a long time. Did the loaded injections and now I take a sublingual 2000 mcg daily. I feel so much better but still get tired easily if I don’t sleep well . I hear it takes a while to completely heal so I’m just having faith by this summer I will be somewhat back to normal?

    I have this condition and it is getting worse. It started two years ago, after I had a maladministered covid booster vaccine. (It was not administered by a nurse or a doctor,) It was not in the deltoid muscle. It was "thrown" into my arm, like a dart into a dartboard, whilst they looked away in the opposite direction. There was also a line of pre-prepared syringes, it was not freshly filled from a phial. I was told this could not be the cause of my peripheral neuropathy. My doctor has done many blood tests for different conditions, which all came back normal, and the subject has been dropped. So now I am relying on self help from the internet. It's a wonderful world we live in...... Thank you very much for your detailed explanations and information.

    Interesting. I used to take B12 injections, prescribed by my naturopathic doctor who was an anaesthetic doctor also. He passed in 2019.I have tested a year ago and the level was over 1100. This specialist believes that too much of any is bad. I countered his answer with a level over 2000, which my naturopath saw as low. I have no dr who will prescribe this for me. I'm going to review your B12 topic and find some ways of getting the correct form.

      Non Fortified Nutritional Yeast is the best form. That means nothing is added to it. I take 2 tablespoons a day. How much to take depends on the brand though. Got mine from iherb.

    How do we get hold of B12 SUPPLEMENT HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES AND WHICH ONE WOULD YOU RECOMMEND?

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  Год назад

      Hi Norma. When shopping for B12 make sure it's methylated cobalamin. Here's a video so you know what to look for to indicate the quality of the supplement: ruclips.net/video/dKMPMPJM4JY/видео.html
      Our formula Nuphoria cm Gold does contain Methylcobalamin (B12) in the appropriate amount for nerve repair along with Benfotiamine, Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate (P5P), Folate and R-Alpha Lipoic Acid. All of these are in the therapeutic amounts outlined by clinical studies for nerve repair and regeneration. We do ship to the Phillipines. If you'd like more info, here's our website: nuphoria.com

    @The Nerve Doctors I inject B12 subcutaneously twice per day for small fibre neuropathy. I had my levels tested & they were 7000!! Is this dangerous & should I stop for a few weeks until the levels drop? I am afraid to stop for too long in case the neuropathy comes back? Thank you

    Hi doctor I'm from jamaica. My daughter is an athlete she fell ill 2021 we didn't what's wrong until the doctor ordered a blood test and results were b12 deficiency. She also did a CT scan showing atrophy. Which was said they've never seen it such young age. She was given cyanocobalamin pills but was still having symptoms and got even worst. I started doing research and realized that it was best to keep eating food and naturally found b12 the in food. She stop training for a year and now training and doing well. I've never heard b12 deficiency explain with clarity the way you did. Thanks so much.

    This video provided me with another shocker - the vitamin supplement I've been taking for the past 3-4 years was using 100mcg CYANOCOBOLAMIN B12. Ouch. Now I understand why my Dr. told me the vitamin was junk. It is an inexpensive grocery store brand (Kroger). At the time I was shopping vitamins I was unaware of the details and thought a vitamin is a vitamin and bought it because it was cheap. Now I have neuropathy in my lower legs and feet, which took a few years to develop. Still waiting to discover the actual cause of my condition, but that vitamin cannot be helpful. So many details to know - it's amazing we get by as average consumers despite our ignorance.

    I have had intense pain for three years in the peripheral nerves (numbness, intolerable and painful tingling) in the hands, legs, and even the legs, which is called peripheral neuropathy: All because I took medication: PPIs Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).
    And although I took benfotiamine, alpha lipoic acid and NAC
    The pain never went away, my condition is getting worse and worse.
    Why my doctor?

    Spinach - better cooked - more absorption of iron & calcium. Spinach loaded with oxalis acid which blocks absorption of these.
    Apart from this loved your

    Thank you for sharing . I just had blood work and the result for B12 is near 4000. I eat tons of eggs, had been taking a liquid B12supplement coming back from severe neuropathy. I have allergies to mushrooms 🍄. Seems like all the good things are not so good??

    • @binathere2574
      @binathere2574 6 дней назад

      Did you have an Active B12 or just the serum test? The active b12 test will tell you how much is in your cells (absorption) which is important to know. Liquid b12 will not do what injections can do.

    I have a question Dr. I am a Diabetic 2 with numbness in my feet. I purchased L Citrulline but the instructions for use seems to be something you take before workouts. I purchased it based on one of your videos for my neuropathy in my feet. Can I still use this product and what dosage do your recommend?

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  Год назад +1

      Hi Dan. L-Citrulline has grown in popularity in sports performance because of the role it plays in mitochondrial health and ATP production. Yes, you still absolutely can use it. Research shows 1,000 -2,000 mg daily. However, L-citrulline by itself will not be enough. You will need the other nutrients I outline in these videos:
      1) Vital nutrients for nerve repair: ruclips.net/video/wPruq49-ksU/видео.html
      2) The Right Dose: ruclips.net/video/dKMPMPJM4JY/видео.html
      3) Avoid these Ingredients: ruclips.net/video/urn0Lb4RMaQ/видео.html
