I initially had permission in the early days to go beyond 15mins but then had a long gap of not uploading and the facility seemed to lapse, so I couldn't take the risk of not uploading as this is the main point. But thanks for reminding me as I do have some to off-load of more than 15mins

15mins however is a good length to watch and seems to get more views.
