Huge globs of peanuts butter and chocolate chips. So healthy
keeponrockin dark chocolate has health benefits (in moderation, of course so don’t go eating loads haha) and unsalted, unsweetened natural peanut butter is packed with healthy fats (your body needs them, not saturated fat), vitamins and minerals. So yes I agree with you these snacks are *definitely* not healthier, but they’re a healthier alternative for people that struggle with healthy eating but personally I don’t so I don’t for these snacks and would rather eat actually healthy things lmao.
Aro & Monsuuni indeed they both are high in calories, but in moderation they are incredibly good for you (especially the peanut butter). Although if you eat too much of anything, whether that be lettuce or chocolate you will obviously gain weight no matter the food which is why portion control exists :)

R a c h e l lettuce is basically like 70% water and water has no calories and you can't gain FAT of water + 100g of cashew nuts are 600 calories and considering the fact that that looked definitely over 100g + the other ingredients the whole 'consuming in moderation' thing (although good idea ;) ) ain't really gon change anything

1. chicken wings (you’re baking chicken, not frying. Buffalo sauce is very low in calories & spicy food is good for you. Just because you’re on a healthy diet, doesn’t mean you can’t use sauce. It doesn’t mean you have to eat bland chicken)
2. peanut butter chocolate ice cream (the video doesn’t specify what type of peanut butter, but obviously use unsalted organic peanut butter: very healthy. Do I need to get in to how healthy dark chocolate, bananas, & greek yogurt is? You all know) Obviously do not eat the whole thing as peanut butter and bananas are high in calories (but are super healthy in moderation)
3. Zucchini fries (Obviously Zucchini fries are healthy especially baked: do not fry. Dipping it in egg is obviously healthy. Adding parmesan & some panko is very low in calories) Cheese is part of a keto diet too if you are doing keto diet. You don’t have to eat plain zucchini on a diet, you can add seasonings
4. Broccoli Cheddar Tots (Obviously baking broccoli dipped in egg is super healthy. If you are worried about the cheddar you shouldn’t be. Cheddar is part of keto diet. It is high in protein. Look for unprocessed cheddar. You don’t have to add a lot of if you’re scared.)
5. Chocolate chip cookie dough (Cashews & agave is super healthy. Tasty adds almond flour which is good because that is for keto dieters since it is low in carbs. Add dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate)
6. Sweet potato chips (sweet potatoes is a good healthy carb. Eat this instead of regular potatoes. It also baked and not fried. I personally do not eat any carbs because I am on a keto diet)
Just because you are on a healthy diet, doesn’t mean you have to torture yourself with bland, unseasoned food. Adding some sauces & some cheese is perfectly fine. Cut down on carbs, don’t eat big portions and count your calories. I went from 190 to 150 in four months by eating a keto diet (no carbs) (adding sauces, seasoning, cheese) with cheat day once a week.

I feel bad for the people who don't understand that high calories doesn't mean unhealthy. Your body takes the nutrients and uses those and the rest goes to fat, so if you eat pudding all day but it's only 800 calories you might still gain fat/weight versus eating 2000 calories of nuts.

I haven't done tons of research (mostly because everything I read contradicts everything else so it's annoying) but the way I lost weight was just cutting out processed foods. I eat a lot more calories than I used to and I have more muscle and less fat now :D Not that it matters what size you are though! unless your weight affects your health

You can get peanut butter made fresh with no added sugar at some stores. Ditching all that sugar is huge. We still need calories and peanut butter and dark chocolate are perfectly fine to eat in moderation.

If you want good healthy cookies, I'd suggest almond powder. It's not the same, but it's so, so much better for you and after eating it once or twice you really don't mind the slight texture difference.

Alright I think it’s time to set the record straight; these foods are healthy! A meal can be incredibly beneficial to the body while still being high in calories. All of you out there have a terrible idea on what calories are! Calories are simply a measurement of energy. So of course eating in moderation is something to keep in mind, letting calorie consumption be your main thought can be equally as unhealthy. It’s important to remember that calories are not everything and that you should be more focused on the nutrients you’re consuming. For example: peanut butter has a considerably high amount of calories. However, it also has a huge positive impact on your health. So clearly you shouldn’t go out and eat a whole jar of peanut butter, but you also shouldn’t refrain yourself from it completely. So to the people out there that don’t think these recipes are healthy or at least better, please look more into macro and micro nutrients. If you’re really concerned about your health, don’t get so hung up on calories in the process. We live life in moderation, everything should be a balance. So the next time you take a bite out of a candy bar, don’t purge and make yourself throw it up; instead, understand that it was a small portion and that it’s okay. Mental health is more important than anything and I can assure you being toxic about food; a treasured piece of culture that has been apart of the biotic life since the dawn of time, will not solve anything. Another healthy thing you guys can try is Arugula/Spinach/Kale chips:
- mix your leaf of choice + olive oil + salt + pepper(not for arugula tho) + garlic powder + paprika + (any other spices you would like
- bake (obviously already preheated oven) the leaves on a baking sheet lined with foil for 15 min at 350° F
- stir once or twice
Enjoy - pretty simple :)

Just wanted to let everyone know, I’ve made the peanut butter chocolate chip ice cream.
It taste alright( not a big fan of peanut butter) but if you’re trying it, I suggest you add some milk if your blender can’t blend it. Coconut milk makes it taste more good also!

Just so everyone knows these aren’t that healthy either they’re just substitutes for when you want unhealthy snacks which should be once or every two weeks if you’re on a diet

My healthy snack/meal :
Step one :
Cucumber, green pepper, carrots, etc. cut into sticks and placed in any plate/bowl
Step 2 : add tahini on top or your verges (maximum 3 tablespoons) and add pink salt/sea salt or any kinds of seasoning
Step 3: take normal yogurt ( not Greek , I mean that’s what I prefer idk about ya) about 2-3 table spoons or according to your desire and place it on the side
Step 4: add lemon juice on top /2 teaspoons (OPTIONAL)
and barabigbaraboomboomboom you have a healthy meal

I don’t usually ask this but like if you have ever grated broccoli 🥦
Tips to make each recipe actually healthy:
1. Make sure you read the ingredients on the hot sauce! Select a hot sauce that is low in carbs and sugar. Pick the lowest amount of carbs and sugar possible. Remember that carbs split into two parts, fiber and sugar. So look under those carbs. If it says 20 carbs, and 5 of those carbs are fiber, then the other 15 carbs convert to sugar. This adds up quick, considering your daily intake should be no more than 20 grams of sugar if you're really trying to be healthy.
2. Well, this recipe might be a bit harder to save, due to the bananas. Fruit really isn't that healthy for you! People think that because it's "naturally occurring" or whatever, it should be something in an average person's meals. It shouldn't be! Most nutritionists agree that fruits such as bananas are not at all necessary for a healthy lifestyle, and all the sugar in them makes them more of a desert than anything. So, of course, use moderation. I would honestly recommend cutting out the actual bananas and instead using banana extract and a natural sweetener other than sugar. Personally, I'd recommend erythritol. Remember that non-sugar natural sweeteners and artificial sweeteners are two different things! For the rest of your ingredients, make sure the peanut butter is the lowest carb and sugar peanut butter you can find, and throw in a bit more erythritol. For the greek yogurt, use sugar free or low sugar, and watch those carbs! The chocolate chips should be sugar free ideally, and if you really have a love for sweet stuff, more erythritol.
3. I can't see any problems with this recipe. Seems good to me. But watch what you're dipping it in or else there's no point at all!
4. No, not the bread crumbs. Replace the bread crumbs with some kind of low carb low sugar seasoning or something. They don't even really have a flavor, but with all those empty carbs they're going to make your entire meal go into storage mode. Besides that, this one is fine.
5. Make sure the chocolate is sugar free and low carb, and throw in some sweetener other than sugar such as erythritol to sweeten it up. This is a fine recipe, but it does have a pretty decent amount of carbs unless you take careful steps to prevent that, so do watch what you're eating for the rest of the day to make sure you don't overload on carbs.
6. Yeah this one really can't be saved. Potatoes are so bad for you. People think that anything edilbe that grows is healthy. That's not the case. If you replaced the sweet potatoes with zucchini or squash or something like that, this would be fine. But considering this is a sweet potato recipe, that's not really realistic.
Here's some extra tips for preparing your healthy snack:
- Check serving sizes! Your 2 cups of product may say it's 3 grams of sugar on the box, but that doesn't mean the whole box is 2 cups. The serving size could be 1 cup, 1/2 a cup, 1 tablespoon... Anything, really! So make sure you do your math to prevent being misinformed.
- For a healthy diet, none of these snacks should be eaten on a regular basis. Every now and again, they're fine, but you shouldn't have them every day!
- Erythritol is a great replacement for sugar, and once you get used to it, you won't really want to go back to sugar. Just earlier today I made some ice cream with erythritol, and it tasted just as sweet as ice cream with sugar. I decided to indulge on some milk, and it tasted disgustingly sweet. Like I couldn't finish the cup and had to pour it out kind of sweet. Why? Because 99% of milk available at stores contains lots of sugar.
- As stated before, erythritol is great, but in moderation. Like everything in life, too much of one good thing is a bad thing. Eating too much erythritol can give you some temporary but not so fun digestive..... issues. Let's just say your next potty break won't be the best experience of your life. The solution? Not everything you eat needs to be sweet! However, if the option is sugar or erythritol, always choose erythritol.

If you want less energy, eat celery. Dont complain, this is an amazing video and its really healthy compared to your average supermarket snacks. Calories are NOT BAD. America has the highest obesity rate in the world... but counting calories everyday isnt going to bring that down.
