1) Take care of your scalp: 1:05 - 2:05
2) Trim your hair: 2:07 - 2:54
3) Take vitamins: 2:55 - 3:50
4) Use less Shampoo: 3:51 - 4:12
5) Rinse your hair w/ cool water: 4:18 - 4:59
6) Use conditioner: 4:59 - 5:41

Honestly, he's pretty underrated on youtube. While he has his place in the beauty industry, people don't seem to recognise him here. Social media is a diferrent story, I guess.

@@swazey4334 You want the nutrients to go straight where it's needed. Your scalp. Crack an egg and scramble it in a bowl. Apply it and let dry for 30 minutes. Wash it out with cold water and gentle shampoo. Must be cold or your hair will smell like egg if you use warm or hotter. The egg mask you can do it once or twice a week. Oh and you can go with collagen peptides. I prefer that instead of biotin as you vitamin to ingest.

My hair definitely don't lack natural oils and all that it gets oily fast, like within the day after I shower to the other day after next. My hair is HEALTHY.

Very great advice Steve. I have the darkest brown mixed with red to black colored hair. I've only bleached it 4 times in my life and will NEVER touch it again. All experiences either led to drying out, or breakage resulting in having to buzz it all off and start over. If I want blue black hair like my brother's I will dye it black because going darker with already dark hair isn't overly damaging. I am already doing a lot of the advice you are giving, but my only concern is washing it once to three times a week. After I wash it, immediately the day after it will be oily again and cause scalp and facial acne. I do wash it everyday, but haven't noticed any dryness or damage from doing so. When I put conditioner on my hair I will leave it in anywhere between 5 - 20 minutes after shampooing. Besides taking biotin pills I also use more expensive non drug store biotin shampoos from Amazon, I know a lot of women like OGX products but they are very damaging.
It's best not to use shampoo then conditioner back to back or shampoo+conditioner mixture in a combo bottle. Shampoo one day and other days just use conditioner. Space out your shampoo days, since shampoo strips your hair of its natural oils.

I buy a $15 bottle of shampoo it's called glow lab it's made in new Zealand it has got no parabens no sulfates and no silicone its my favourite shampoo.
