Sadly waist length takes about 3-4 years. If you use castor oil you can speed up the process tho!
Hair typically grows about half an inch a month.

I totally shaved my head 6 months ago after suffering from a lot of hairloss. I thought my hair was growing back too slowly but according to this timeline I am right on pace! Great vid thanks!

My (now ex!) hairdresser cut my hair to +/- 4 cm below my ears 5 years ago and after 9 months it still barely reached my shoulders. (I asked her to cut my hair to shoulder length but she did whatever the fuck she wanted, the bitch...)

The hair at the top of her head reached her cheeks in a year so it probably would take another year to reach her collarbone for a long bob haircut to be possible.

I have chemotherapy and when I lost my hair i hated my reflection in the mirror, but then I saw the preview, I thought, "omg, she looks so amazing," and now I'm trying to look at my situation differently. I believe that I can be beautiful without my hair too. thank you

@@euqinimodrissey3753 well firstly youll getta mullet, so you wanna make sure to bring the back and sides up a couple of times before really lettin it ride, and secondly its v important to get at least a trim every 6 to 8 weeks to maintain the heath of your hair and rid urself of spilting ends

Edit 2/16/23: My hair is mid-back! One wouldn't even bat an eye at my hair now that it's pretty long and no longer giving permed Asian grandmother's hair :D

I'm a dude who typically has long hair. I buzzed it about a year ago and I've been stuck ever since. IMHO the first 4 weeks look so good, but then it's just a bit awkward looking until week 30 or so. Then it's fantastic again. 6 months is a long commitment when the clippers are right there.

I'm at the wolf/shag look right now after buzzing it January of this year ! I had a lot mental and decided to go through with it.
My current partner hasn't EVER seen my hair how it is now other than pictures but is so supportive when I express how much my hair is growing. My hair used to be at my hip so this has been DEFINITELY a journey lol.

I love things like this, I am growing from a buzz cut too. It's been almost two years since the last time I shaved my head, and I have trimmed a few times to get my hemline even and get rid of layers. Finally a little bit past collarbone length now. It's a process and you can't really control how fast your hair grows, just give it lots of delicate care and take good care of your body, so that the hair you grow will be of good quality.
I'm 3 months post chemotherapy. My hair is so short I hate it! My hair was almost to the ground! It's a shock when I look in the mirror. This video helped me! Thanks
