Nope!..... I think they are expensive 1.4MilVND for the stands... why pay that when you can get a seat near by for free! 👍

@saravanagoutham5014 fireworks officially start at 8 (but technically till about 830pm) get to the water front at 5.... I'm completely serious... THAT early..... You'll know WHY if you go! Finale is July 13th! 👍 no more fireworks till then
