Looking for some different opinions on my situation. Currently I’m fresh off the firefly banner so this would be my first time summoning since then. I’m thinking about skipping fox man since my main team already clears pretty well and since he looks a bit underwhelming without his sig lc imo. I’m wondering between Robin and sparkle would Robin be the better pick up in 2.5? Or should I summon for sparkle. I also planned on summoning for Fei but I’ve scrapped that plan now since I’d need to invest into 3 characters to be able to run her team.
This is a hard choice. All the harmony units are not better than the other, but just different. If you have Acheron, I would highly suggest Sparkle. If you have some follow up teams and are looking to pull Fei in the future, Robin would be the better pull. Hope this helps, if not let me know! Also, Lingsha is solid for Firefly but not necessary because of Gallagher with higher eidolons
Just one correction, E2 from Sparkle is actually a little (it depends) superior from E1, and is it not because DEF shred is more universal than ATK, is actually because of diminishing returns and math. Most people are going to have a lot ATK% bonus already, so an extra 40% will NOT result in a overall 40% increase in output damage. As a simple example, when my Acheron has everything up, I checked and she has ATK+206,2%, which means her ATK multiplier is 3,063. Add 40% to this and you will get: 3,462/3,062 = 1,13 -> an overall 13% increase in damage (which is not bad). As for the DEF shred, it depends on how much DEF you team is already shredding. If the only DEF shred you have on the team is this 24%, then the increase will be something close to 15%. If you are running Pela with resolution S5 (56% shred), then you would be looking at a 23% increase in DMG. With SW would be close to (28%-30%).
I just love DHIL so much that as a e2 ff user I’ll still pull sparkle with LC to be able to better use him with a better optimization. Being able to 0 cycle is great and all but I personally enjoy seeing the characters I find aesthetically pleasing to watch attack
Regret pulling Sparkle thb. The real biggest loser here is Sparkle. Her rerun banner on the next update with jiaoqiu will definitely a bait. Just use Ruan Mei and Robin for easier endgame clear with good results. Even Bronya is good and have higher usage rate than Sparkle due to 100% actions advance with cleanse and can be used with Boothill who is not primarily used as crit dps but break dps. Even Yunli prefer Robin for the counter attack/ FUA. How the might have fallen. The new big 3 harmony is Ruan Mei, Robin and Bronya. Definitely not sparkle.
I don't like Ruam Mei and I hate how the game seems to keep trying to force me to pull her, so having an option almost as viable as her for DoT Teams already makes me interested in Pink Boi
tbh i dislike when ppl put jiaoqius whole potential on acheron or even dot or ratio. the reason is that while hes not bis for other teams, his debuff is universal and hes still better than the 4 star options. and not everyone pulled for robin or ruan mei, some people never will. hes not bad at all and he can be almost as good as them in a lot of situations but ppl calling him niche really makes ppl think that hes only good for those 3 teams. robin and ruan mei shouldnt be the standard, they're exceptionally good and some people just dislike them, so we gotta let them know that theres options besides those 2
The problem is he gets severely out classed by those 2 he doesn't even come close. Without his lightcone, even pela is arguably more useful in most teams.
Y’all. Currently running : E2S1 Acheron, E1S1 Bronya, E6Gallagher, E6Pela/E0S1 SW E0S0 ratio, E1S1 Topaz, E1S0 robin, E2S1 aven (got lucky with aven) Should I pull for sparkle or feixiao? I have garantee and 50 pity with around 100 pulls. If anyone is familiar with leaks, I’d like to avoid spoilers but wouldn’t mind informed advice!
Honestly I think it's really up to you, since you absolutely have the units to make Feixiao work if you want. Sparkle is pretty commonly run with e2 acheron so it could be a solid option, just depends whether you feel your acheron team needs improvement. Also if you don't mind me asking, how did you get so many eidolons? Do you spend money on this game or work some arcane magic? No judgement if you do of course :)
I have the same Acheron team as you and suggest don't pull for sparkle. Bronya works just fine and honestly, probably better to pull for a new character u like more or even more eidolons for ur current ones. Benching bronya is also an option but at E2 bronya, she'll work the same as sparkle. Rest is ur choice, best of luck bro!

I think I'll either go for Jiaoqiu and his LC or not going for him at all, since he seems kinda hard to build due to his EHR requirements and low speed
Yeah I’d recommend the lightcone if you want an easier time for building. If you have Acheron he’s irreplaceable for his support for her, but if not he doesn’t have as much value but still pretty good

Also, that 20% could potentially be the difference if EHR substats go wrong (my situation 😭) but I do agree that Sampo’s LC is very very good and similar in the building Jiaoqiu department (also I love your pfp and username like me too girl)

I want a dps but feixiao seems she needs specific team members to stack up her ulti. And i wanna jaioqiu to build a dot team or for acheron. But i have no idea when will acheron or kafa rerun?. Can anyone advise me on this matter?.
Feixiao is a more instant solution, you’ll most likely be able to build her team faster. Jiaoqiu is good setup for what you said (Acheron, Kafka, etc.), but arguably not necessary. Acheron has F2P teammates in Pela and Sampo, and Guinaifen is a great fill in for Jiaoqiu in DoT. I’d say to just figure out which team you simply want more, and pull accordingly. Both teams are really good.
Imo, Feixao is a better pull because you can get free march hunt this patch and with moze (in feixao banner), u only need a sustain after that. If you are okay with 4* carries, then jiaoqiu is better, because supports have a longer lifespan.
I’d agree with what is said most, but you should probably go for Jiaoqiu since he will have a longer life span in the meta, especially since many single target characters are being powercrept so fast. But also, if you are f2p, keep in mind Acheron is most likely coming up soon since she is so meta relevant and loved by the player base, so you probably wouldn’t have much time to save. The same can be said for Black Swan, who is almost necessary for Kafka who is also probably going to get a rerun soon as well since she hasn’t had one in a bit.
Meta we're heading now doesn't favor Sparkle. Hypercarry teams are no longer the top comp, Acheron's best team is with Jiaoqiu + Robin now. While Sparkle does offer sp comfortability, a lot of times you don't need them and still be fine. Robin has been picking up a trend lately with her being the best harmony unit in the game now. Many comps even crit dps, prefers Robin for lower cycle clears. 100% av forward to all allies is broken and she can be a sub dps during her ult. As for Jiaoqiu, for e0 Acheron users, I argue Jiaoqiu is a must pull because he fixes the stacking problem. He can work well in dot teams and Dr. Ratio teams which helps free up other unit for other team.
Who says they will not return to hypercarry after Feixiao? Its been a long time since a hypercarry with harmony synergy released, meaning its only a matter of time. Its like DoT before Black Swan after they returned to buffing DoT after putting it on the back burned before that
I am somehow torned in whose banner to pull for. I have E2 Acheron, Robin and Aventurine, no sparkle. I have now a very quick bronya whom I shifted my focus into to carry Sparkle's set because she was my initial choice. But now I am gearing towards JQ because I realized I can manage without any additional sp needed, even clearing all endgame contents on auto battle. Plus I do have a pela who I am planning to replace with JQ. She's very well built at 167 speed 81% EHR while having the body with just HP mainstat. For me it's well built since if I pull for JQ, I'll be def pulling for his LC pumping that EHR to 140%. What are your opinions? Tia
@@Friday-p13 I would pull for Jiaoqiu. Bronya can still be better than Sparkle because she has better snapshot buffs. And even if Acheron has to basic attack, she's still getting more turns if doing -1 spd build because of her e2. If you can, I would go for his sig also since 24% vulnerability is good to have on top of his 50%.
Who is good if I only have RM n hmc as harmony and my acheron is e2s1. Other team i have is firefly. ( As max tb lvl yet but still no bronya or himeko as my standard is still at 199/300)
since I haven't tested jiaoqiu yet, I can't really perfectly judge if he's better then sparkle--but the turn advance on sparkle and crit damage + damage bonus is a massive boost for acheron, especially since you have e2.
E2 acheron.. It is better for you to go for sparkle first, and get Jiaoqiu later on.. Reason being, you have a lot of nihility replacement for Jiaoqiu, like Pela (aoe) SW (st) Black Swan (PF) While Sparkle, even if you have bronya, her skill point kit is really comfy.. Bronya is SP Negative a lot.. Best way is to get Sparkle.. Unless you want 0 cycle, robin is another option.. But sparkle is just to comfy..

depends: how good/well-built is your acheron, how good are your supports that can be used with feixiao, how many pulls do you have and how much do you want to pull (e0s0? e0s1?)

tbh if you have sampos lc you already get a lot of ehr, his main ehr requirement is if you need his ult to always apply ashen roast
