Love that you’re also taking a Paddington with you.. must for Peru! At higher altitudes even if it’s cold, check the UV because it’s high and you’ll need suncream even if you’re cold. Have the best time 🎉
In the cities in Costa Rica and Colombia natives usually don’t wear shorts or sandals, men would definitely stare if you wear these and small crop tops. In contrast Buenos Aires, you can walk around in a sports bra and shorts and it’s way more normalised. Bear this in mind, you aren’t unsafe if you wear the wrong thing but I prefer to dress more local.
I was pretty shocked when I found this out and I stood out as a gringa loads in San Jose, Medellín and Bogotá which my local friends pointed out a lot.
Had been waiting all week for this! Loved it ❤ just wondering why you decided to go for more of a hold-all rather than a backpacking rucksack, i.e. is this a different sort of trip than previous backpacking you’ve done or do you think this is more convenient in general? X
I actually think personally I find this more convenient & 9 times out of 10 you can wheel a bag, and for the other time I can put this on my back, personally I’m just not very strong and struggle with the weight on my shoulders sometimes and after testing it a few times I feel like this bag is good multipurpose!! It’s personal choice though, Tom’s brought a backpack coz he prefers just being able to pick it up & walk so totally depends!!
I was in Gucci today and the SA told me they canât often tell the difference between the authentic and kislux 's bags. Surprised to hear that from an SA.
The materials used are top notch. The leather feels soft and luxurious, exactly like the real thing. The stitching is impeccable, with no loose or uneven lines. The hardware (including the iconic CC twist lock clasp) is durable, well made, and adds to the overall elegance of the bag kislux . I thought everyone who owned an LV monogram bag knew that it was obviously coated canvas? When people spend a fortune on an expensive bag, they might as well buy a replica
South America, you'll be doing lots of hiking and barely any swimming unless you're staying at hotels and hostels with pools. There's not much on the coast, and lots of cities are inland. Cusco has lots of foreign brands, so you can pick up anything you don't have there, but the good jacket will come in handy!
it's completely up to you!! a backpack is slightly easier in Aus if you're taking the buses etc, but it depends really, it definitely can be done with a suitcase - just make sure you can lift it!!x
It weighs around 12kg - not sure on the dimensions but it's closest to this one on amazon I think as IT luggage don't actually sell it anymore - amzn.to/403uzsP
People in Medellin don't wear shorts! You might get away with it, but the men are more likely to be pulled over for a drug search and are an easier target.
Found my dress ok in Mexico but in India trnded to wear tshirt with csp sleeves not sleeveless or shorts as although the richer Indian girls got aaycwith it as a foreigner you stood out too much and got looked at too much..
I used to always roll but folding square to the size of the packing cube has been a game changer for me!
oh really!! this is Tom's approach and I'm always telling him it's not the most effective but maybe I should actually try it hahaha!!x
Have a fantastic time molly so excited for the vlogs !!!!!!!
Ahhh thank you so much!!🥹🥹

My mum got me a Paddington keychain for Xmas last year ❤
Hahaha I honestly love it, such a cute Christmas gift & excited that he can go on his own adventure🤣
would you say a suitcase is suitable for 4 weeks in australia or should I invest in a backpack?
