That second ring is an adapter for the M18, not a second "washer" or "collar" that goes on top, that's why you had to push so hard to have clearence for the sandpaper. Had you put the sanding tool on the M18 and then slid the bolt over and tossed the adapter in the tool bag you would have had plenty of room for the sandpaper lol
Multitool might definitely cut him, but I'd doubt it could pierce his gut, especially with a shirt on. Of course, with a powertool of any kind, it's never a good idea to cut towards yourself.
This review just didn’t make sense? All multi tools sand to a finished surface and a small M12 for going through a 2x....I can chew through one given enough time (and whiskey). Going to have to look to other videos to see how that M12 compares for doing the small tasks it was designed for.
you guys got 80k views, why not redo this video and do what people are actually looking for. For example do a head to head test between the two. how much stronger is the m18, i have a m12 multi tool, should i upgrade to the m18. how much faster does the m12 bog down when pushed to its limits vs the m18
You really prefer the Dewalt to the Milwaukee? I think the dial for speed control on the Milwaukee is a big advantage over the Dewalt. I am pretty deep in on the Dewalt 20V line but am probably going to get the M12 oscillating tool.
I watched two dewalt xr drills melt 8n half in the past year cutting holes through van floors. My Milwaukee ended up dying after a year and that was a brushed hammer drill.
@@Paul-vn5mi the dewalt is fricken horrible. The general shape of it. Good. The vibration and noise in comparison to Milwaukee or Makita is absolutely ridiculous. I own the dewalt and the Milwaukee and the dewalt sits on the shelf because it sucks to hold it, honestly.
Yeah this is incredibly useless... simply trying to cut the wood with the M18 would have justified making this video... as things stand it is totally unhelpful
You don't have a clue , I have been using it for a year now, no problems. There might be a better one but how much better? does it really matter? It saves time , makes money. I doubt if you you actually do anything but bitch.
Cutting with one, sanding with other is like comparing panties to a tshirt
arsim kafexhiu
The tool is not the problem, these guys i'm sure they are not professional workers, they not even use the "multi tool" properly.
The issue is that they are Aussies!
Cut with the 12 V and sand with 18V hmmm.....
Almost cut yourself a new belly button at 1:30!

OMG, this video was amazing. I was laughing so hard I teared up. Then again at the comments. I'm totally subscribing! lol
You almost gutted yourself cutting the 2x4. Be careful bro!
I highly doubt the 2x4 would go through his gut.

@@OtherDalfite I agree never cut towards yourself...but the oscillating
tool won't cut you

You Need to do the Same test with Each tool. And No Noise in the background....come on.
That's a 2x4. Not a 17x50 or whatever you said
Just joking. Thanks for the vid
Obviously Ryobi users.
Lol
If there is a bolt on the m18 dosent seem to be a quick change
I have everything Milwaukee makes but the DeWalt blows this away.

The Dewalt multi tool is significantly better. The quick blade change is worth every penny. I have the Milwaukee and it’s okay.

That was horrible... why wouldn’t you use the same tools in the same application.. I subscribed then unsubscribed
you'll get the white finger use'in them
Fuck it’s loud

Haha Please never touch a tool again
WTF was this?

Had my m12 for years works great no issues ever !
