Before or after your expenses?!? Because here’s the deal… more if you were clearing that after your expenses… don’t you think prime would have more people leasing?!? See man these boys be on here tryna make it seem like they ain’t getting burned. Meanwhile they are making the same amount as company drivers. Taking advantage of some Mf that don’t know better on RUclips.

I'm with JoyRide Logistics, making $1,635 gross salary company driver weekly pay. I started on 1/22/2024 with JoyRide dry van company over the road truck driver. Take in bank $1,303.97 weekly net pay. Plus, I get $575 monthly safe driving bonus consistently. Drive a dedicated route with dry van easy safe lane from Goodyear AZ to Lamirada, CA. Then, I pick up an Amazon load back to Phoenix AZ. Loads are lightweight with only a dirt truck parking lot in Phoenix Arizona. They are empty cans of Monster energy drinks or Sprite. Plus, I drive the lower west coast from Goodyear Arizona to Lamirada, California, where driving all year is safe away from the bad weather potential to avoid accidents and traffic jams!
Truck I'm driving is a Freightliner Cascadia white color 2022 with 157,767 low miles with medium-sized Whirlpool refrigerator, APU, and TV mount, governed at 74 mph automatic transmission.
I'm saving $1k a week to buy my own truck. I'm thinking of working at JoyRide for the next 2 years until I get my own truck.

A fleet message went out recently and said average weekly pay was $1400. Which was funny because I just added my average pay for 26wks and I took home $1400 AFTER Expenses. And honestly after family and monthly personal expenses, it's still not enough to be OTR. I've taken no home time just to try to maximize pay and it's almost not worth it. One can probably do just as well being local getting paid hourly with OT.
