Driver you are on your way to successful business ownership and as one black man to another im proud of you and wish you a successful journey keep the videos coming and let us take this journey with you I may not know you personally but I'm praying for you because I wanted to be a driver but couldn't because of a physical limitation but I wish you continued success
Hey Vez !!! Dope Video, and congrats on your your first milestone as a Lease Operator ! I'm a bit delayed in starting my trucking career, (dealt with a lot of personal/family challenges after graduation Oct 2021) But a friend spoke highly of her process joining Prime, and now too is an Owner Operator! Shes now married and overseas ! I'm about to apply to Prime and begin my journey! I'm aiming for Reefer Trucking rather than Tanker, as I'm not fit for Flatbed... @ 47 my Superman days are behind me! Anyway, I thank you for motivation from afar, and for sharing your story! Hope to hear back, and maybe meet you one day out there on the road. Drive safe, and keep your dream rolling man! @@shawnblake5365 I really appreciate that. I’m sorry to hear about the personal problems. Glad to hear you’re about to start your career. I hope everything works out in your favor. Comments like this motivate me to keep going. Thank you and I wish you much success.
Looking good Driver, happy for you!!!! You’re going to enjoy that Pete, I miss the one l had at TMC it was smoooooooth and never gave me an issue. Congratulations and make that money!
When you get a trailer washed with hot water, there’s always a high chance it can condensate inside the trailer especially when you have the dome lid closed. My advice would be always have the dome lid crack open after getting washed and leave the internal valve open so any remaining water can go out the rear while you drive. Pull off somewhere before getting to the shipper and open up the external caps and everything to let whatever water was in the tank drain out and check to see if the tank is dry if you can. Might save you a handle of rejections, trust me I been there.
Yo Vez, I’m happy for you kid. Get out there and make that money. The money is already printed just gotta go get it. That noise is the air compressor making noise
Good to see you doing good my brother. Iv been an owner operator for 18 years. Trucking is like the stock market when its up its good but when its down its bad so my advice is save as much as you are able to trust me it will save you in the long run. Be safe my brother and stay on yo grind. That sounds like an air compressor
Well done on every level young man! For those of us not in the industry, this was a great look into what you truckers do. Your filming and explanations make for a compelling watch. Keep the videos coming and stay safe. 💪✌️
First time coming across your channel and I am impressed the way you explain everything to those of us who’s not familiar with the trucking industry or not familiar with the topics. Made me Subscribe!! Congratulations and continue prospering. 👍🏾
You did good! Was interesting watching that as I have never seen something like that. I will think of you whenever I see Canola oil in the store. Wish you the best of luck & stay safe out there! That was a bummer about the moisture. Look forward to your next video.
Love the badging. Looks really nice. Don’t forget as a lease driver Prime will pay you back for any coolant and pay you to service the mud flaps. After the washout, get the seals and turn on your in transit heating. Once it dries, then seal it up.
Man I’m learning a lot from your videos! Great job keep it up and thank you 💪💯 I’m actually in the process of getting my CDL after years of being a Barber ! I think I’m going flatbed or tanker !
Very nice pete. Love your graphic design. Im going to be headed to prime for training myself and im going to tanker division. Thanks for sharing what its like to be a prime tanker yanker. Also ill be using you as a referral (hope you dont mind vez.) Thanks for all you do and keep good content coming....hopefully see you on road in near future. Speed safely brother trucker
The rattling sounds like it shut off as soon as your trailer air supply filled up, could be the compressor or maybe the air dryer... Congrats on your 1st load as a "owner operator" though brother, stay safe and Godspeed.
Yooo Vez, what's good brother. If I can offer a little advice? I use to do this most of the time, when you're at the 01 or 90, try and I repeat, try to cruise at or below 5mph, you can get around and you won't activate your clock. Prime is a good company, but it was my doing that got me released. I didn't know that a driver can go Lease while pulling tanker. Anyway, congratulations, good luck, stay safe and stay blessed brother
Just a heads up, most elogs will not change your duty status until you reach over a certain speed. For me, its 7 km/h, which means I can run in second gear at idle speed and it will not put me into driving until I go over that. I've, often, driven around the yards and such while in off-duty because i don't go over 7 km/h. Just put yours in manual mode and use 1st gear. It'll help you out if it works the same, which it should. 7km/h is about 4 mph. Not fast, I know, but it helps.
I watched a video of a guy with Prime and apparently, every driver received an email from the company about what you can and can't show. Things like, your pay stubs, the pick up or delivery customer, etc. I dont know if thats true but if it is, you may get in some trouble
Put fridge on top bunk lay it flat and who ever buys it tell them they have to let everything drain down a few hrs and not plug in until then it will be ok
Take everything as a learning experience to know for next time. Never leased as a prime tanker, but staying in the northeast will keep you making money.
Take it from a OG in trucking 24 years put that Refrigerator on that top bunk like everyone telling you and stop stressing and go make that money 🤑😂 😂😂😂

Like the logo design and the RUclips sticker, good choice. Stay safe out there on those roads 👍
Thanks! Will do!
Great job im new to your channel and my hat goes off to you and your job🫡
Hey Vez that rattling noise is just how it sounds when the air pressure is about to release on Paccar engines 😂
👍🏾
I just subscribed to your channel loving the vibes 🎉
graphics are spot on man and also that noise is the air compressor more than likely I think. Get it checked out before you are stranded or even worse
Dont feel bad, moving to a new truck takes at least a few days to get organized. Trying to find places to put stuff and make it fit, it gets better 😊
🎉🎉🎉 congratulations VeZ 🎉🎉
Thank you
Get that detention pay! Love to see you win.
Loving the new truck brother, it fits you
I think so too!
The new camera angles are trippy!
The rattling sounds like it shut off as soon as your trailer air supply filled up, could be the compressor or maybe the air dryer... Congrats on your 1st load as a "owner operator" though brother, stay safe and Godspeed.
Yo bro love the content. When you can’t get the top out of a hose like that, slide a seal in the hole and pull it out using that.
Keep pushing young man i been at this for 21 years if u need anything or have any questions reach out hello maybe you can teach me something
Love the new truck 🎉🎉

He should be able to use the yard move feature at the shipper/Cosignee on his logs.
Editing went hard on this one 🔥
Good stuff brother! ✊🏾

That's nice!!🙏🏾🙏🏾🖤🖤 Keep on trucking 🤑
Heck yeah keep it up bro I’m almost done with tnt 😂
Put that fridge and a 3 shelf plastic container from Walmart on top bunk. 😊
It’ll break or fall
That noise you’re hearing is your air compressor. After it builds up, it’ll cut out.. congrats on the new truck 🤙🏾
Thank you. Is that something to worry about? Will it cause problems later down the road?
Bro that logo is fire 🔥 🔥 I like that
Thank you
@@VezOnTheRoad your welcome
Congratulations young man! I have the same truck and tat rattling is normal. Can you tell me who made your logo??
I’ve never watched your videos. But congratulations and best luck
Thank you and hopefully you enjoyed the video

@@VezOnTheRoad one day ima join prime in the tanker division
That logo go hard bro
Sounds like an air dryier. After the purge it went away.
Let's get it team vezz
Hopefully you have an accounting company to handle your expense reporting for taxes etc. Trucking with Rex on you tube is very informative.
That tappin noise is the air governor when it sprays out the noise stops, idk why it does that
Write that fridge off as a loss and throw it in a dumpster. What it’s worth isn’t worth your peace, you got this bro
Haha, all I heard when you said you’re overwhelmed is that you went from ADHD to AD4K…😂
Thanks for posting.
logo look slick
I watched a video of a guy with Prime and apparently, every driver received an email from the company about what you can and can't show. Things like, your pay stubs, the pick up or delivery customer, etc. I dont know if thats true but if it is, you may get in some trouble
That rattling is your air compresor building up air and it is the air tank you hear petes are great for that
What kinda camera setup is that? I like how it turns
GoPro Max
How fast them lease trucks go?
That knocking sounds like the compressor motor
That rattle is the air compressor filling. I drive a Pete. Don’t bring it in to the shop. lol. They will call you a rookie for sure.
Put fridge on top bunk lay it flat and who ever buys it tell them they have to let everything drain down a few hrs and not plug in until then it will be ok
Take everything as a learning experience to know for next time. Never leased as a prime tanker, but staying in the northeast will keep you making money.
Congratulations and well done, don’t fill up,just to make over a run and keep more money in your pocket.
Prime ain’t got a tank washout at the terminal?
That noise is you air dryer about to pop off also now that it's your truck get you some air line handles so they want break like on big bird
What camera are you using? Keep the good work 💪🏼
GoPro
360 shots go hard
I appreciate. I’m trying to bring different angles to the videos
Peterbilt was a smart choice!!!!
Like that Pete, why u didn't put ir logo on big bird 😂😂😂
I actually had a logo to put on big bird but I decided to get the peterbilt.
When would you do a pay review?
I’m not sure. I’ll get it done 1 of these days
Rattling is your air about to release when it hits the govenor cut off.
Decal logo 🔥
Great 👍 logos

I heard hazmat is the way to go if your an owner operator congrats
Was parked next to you last night at the mcdonalds
What’s going on. Hopefully you enjoy the content
Bro fucks with that logo on the truck heavy
I appreciate it 💯
Great content, but why do most people on lease prefer a peterbilt .
Honestly I didn’t want a peterbilt myself but I can see why people like them.
@@VezOnTheRoad And why is that?
That is your air compressor you here.
Yo Vez you know if they came up with some tanker trainers yet?
Last I heard they was still a wait list. I’m not sure though 🤷🏾♂️
Ok sayless! I guess I’m just start off regular and hopefully during training they can switch me!
Very nice
Take it from a OG in trucking 24 years put that Refrigerator on that top bunk like everyone telling you and stop stressing and go make that money 🤑😂 😂😂😂
I have to get it out OG 😂
