This is the exact type that trainer you don’t want. He doesn’t understand you’re a new driver and you’re going to mess up. He’s going to create a hostile environment. Try to find a trainer that speaks like he’s been there before

What areas are good for Schneider freight at the moment? Is there a route that you like to take? Do certain cities have only good days for freight? Besides the West Coast, what other areas should I avoid? Are you just targeting new hires and inexperienced drivers? With the current market, I'm looking for better advice than HOS and safety advice that is given to rookies. I've been doing local for the last three years and now I'm back OTR looking at a market that is a 180 from when I last left it.

Honestly what I do is stay in the south east and Midwest. Think of a triangle, Ohio-Pennsylvania to Texas and back to Georgia. That pretty much what I do. I will go to Chicago area or Iowa but I stay east of I-35. If you need to talk email me your phone number and we can chat it up. flyrabbit@mail.com

I see a lot of truck drivers nowadays talk entirely too much. 🤔 None of you have any common sense at all. 🤔 The real truck drivers who are making $$$$$money do not post it on RUclips video and put their business in the streets! My mother and father used to tell me when I was a young child growing up do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing! I did not understand meaning of this paraphrase until I became an adult!!! 🤔

@NOBLEONE28-21 I dont think as an adult you fully understand what they were trying to tell you. Think about it. You're telling someone theyre wrong for posting information online the way it is intended. There's nothing nefarious going on. He is trying to plug his channel but also giving his audience updates and explaining how things got that way. At least he's being honest. Many closed minded people don't give you this many details. They feel as if it's all common sense. But the problem with that is an individuals standpoint may differ from yours. Aka, their situation is different and this works for their situation. Think of wanting to lose weight and going on diet. What works for you may not work for others. He's not endorsing anything with these videos, only sharing his experience. He's not trying to fool you. Only being helpful. I'm not subscribed to the man and I may not agree with everything in this video, but he sure isn't trying to pull you into anything. Sure, his words may say otherwise but you must look at it as a whole and not on one part that may have come out wrong without realizing. Sometimes listeners catch on quicker than speakers on these mistakes. Doesn't give you the right to judge. It's disrespectful at best, whether you think so or not. This is normal anyway. Before youtube had trolls about two decade ago, people would comment on things they liked and ignored things they disliked. Followers would dislike a video and comment to let the creator know their preference. Now we don't have the dislike button because people who aren't followers just hit dislike without first understanding what they just watched. Or they hit dislike to support another media or youtuber.
Btw what your parents were trying to teach you is irrelevant. They were telling you to keep others guessing and not give them everytbing. So they don't get a jump on you or take your ideas away. That doesn't define what a real trucker making money is. All you did with that statement is say other truckers making money and not informing other truckers are selfish. But what you don't realize, those truckers making the most money have niche jobs. It's easier to find local work than a niche job like livestock or luxury car hauling. They get nothing from advertising it online because there aren't going to be many positions available. It's regional work or exclusive to certain areas. Unlike dry van, reefer or flat bed who have work everywhere, as do tankers. Ive never heard of niche jobs have referral bonuses. It be a first for me.

If you can’t buy thru financing, you shouldn’t lease. Losing with continue.
