I am in one of your online training programs, and I am impressed with the comprehensive, and succinct, nature of your training. You seem to know it all, and also are quite organized in presenting the information in a logical manner. Though perhaps not "PC", I know speaking is different for men and women, because I have found that response to me being "firm" reads as being "mean", whereas in a man he would come across as intense or forceful. Can you give gender specific tips? Thanks!
