Received an email last week about a pre-recorded phone interview stating that they were not 🚫 moving me along to the second round the email said I didn't match their qualifications I disagree because if I didn't match the qualifications they would not have interviewed me in the first place by the way I prepared for it for three days
Rita could you share some tips or unknown rules to get a first high paying job as fresher with internship after completing engineering & not depend on job hopping after some months ? Where should i apply more in start ups or mnc companies ? Which type of roles usually do get more earnings is it designing or execution part.. which soft skills should i showcase and learn to stay ahead in the game ? Any top books recommendations around this topic to help me land a good pay job..
I sincerely love the fact that you connect professionals to high-performing organizations. It is a huge win for both parties and also an outstanding role played by your company. I say this because I, as a potential employee have been in situations where I would want to work online but it was really hard to find them due to some reasons. Your company is so valuable that it: gives young minds like us the opportunity to showcase our abilities yet untapped, gives insights on the pitfalls of getting hired by a company and provides the possible solution to the menace it poses on people. With my yet above average informal experience with writing, I would like to know where my ability can be best suited. Still, I plead for a part-time role since I'm currently in medical school in a developing country. I believe that with continuous improvement, it will all make a huge difference at the end. Certainly there was some alignment that they sensed when they invited you to interview. Which specific steps did you take to prepare?
@@RitaBaroody I studied the company most importantly they gave me a heads up when I was informed the interview would be asking for a STAR example
