Fixed my iphone 14 just now that was shipped with 16.3 but auto-suggested upgrade to 16.4 during data transfer, so I did and that's when it hit the dreaded unresponsive endless looping "install now" screen. Thanks for saving me several hours driving into town to get it fixed.
