    Hello Friends,
Multivariate Analysis includes a set of advanced statistical tools.
Multivariate means involving multiple dependent variables resulting in one outcome. This explains that most of the problems in the real world are Multivariate.
For Example, we cannot predict the weather by just season. There are many other factors like pollution, humidity, etc.
Multivariate Analysis is used to analyze massive data involving more than one type of measurement or observation in a systematic way. This will help you understand and reduce the data dimensions by analyzing the covariance structure.
In this video, I have explained how to learn "Multivariate Analysis Tools" with Examples and Mentoring Support.
This training includes the following topics:
✅ Introduction to Multivariate Analysis Tools
✅ Terms used in Multivariate Analysis Tools
✅ What are these Multivariate Analysis Tools?
✅ Learn one Multivariate Analysis Tool Tool with an Example
✅ Effective & Practical methodology to learn Multivariate Analysis Tools

    Hi, thanks for valuable contributions.
Can categorical variables such as genotype, (3 groups, normal-heterozygous-homozygous as 0-1-2,) gender and etc. be used for principal component analysis?Or they must be quantitative data?
    thanks in advance!

Thank you for your valuable comments and appreciation!
Yes, the data types like ordinal can also be used for PCA.
