Ingredients:
body:
5 eggs
160 g granulated sugar (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
50 ml water (3 tbsp + 1 tsp)
50 ml sunflower oil (3 tbsp + 1 tsp)
160 g flour (1⅓ cups)
3 tsp baking powder
30 g cocoa (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
Cream:
600 ml milk 3.5% (2½ cups)
80 g granulated sugar (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
6 egg yolks
40 g cornstarch (1 ½ oz)
40 g flour (⅓ cup)
250g butter (8¾ oz)
80 g powdered sugar (⅔ cup)
Snow:
6 egg whites
200 g granulated sugar (1 cup)
100 g chocolate (3 ½ oz)
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 20 minutes on top/bottom heat

Ну ничего себе лёгкий! Очень долго по времени и сахара огромное количество. Я сейчас во все рецепты десертов добавляю сахара в два, а то и три раза меньше, чем указано. Всё получается великолепно. И поняла, что сахар - не главное в рецепте. А в верхний слой добавлю только ст.ложку и лимонный сок. (Мне сахар нельзя, но десерт-то хочется))

I would be inclined to use whipped cream on top instead of eggs whites. Would that ruin the recipe?
I guess you could try. Since part of the recipe already used 6 egg yolks. You would also use up the egg whites instead of throwing them away.
Of course, you can use that instead, why not? It will be delicious either way.
@@SarahK86 Sorry, but why do you think that anyone would throw the remaining egg whites away? You can store them in the fridge in a sealed container for a short period or use them right away for something else, perhaps to make an omelette, no?

Ahojky, vypadá fantasticky. Musím zkusit. Něco podobného pekla moje maminka, jestli bude chutnat jako od ní, zvedám oba své palce. Ráno se dám hned do pečení, už teď se mi zbíhají sliny.
I would certainly not call this a ‘simple’ dessert! So many steps and layers. Very time consuming and expensive. But it does look good

I wish the dry ingredient amounts were in cups, not grams. the milk was in cups. Hard for my brain to figure it out, but it looks delicious!

здравствуйте, приготовила по вашему рецепту, очень вкусно, правда бисквит пропитывала сиропом, средний слой как надо, не течёт, верхний взбивала долго на паровой бане, чтобы хорошо заварил я. Советую всем, и в комментариях прочитала, что затратный, это не так.
