Wylie you all are the best. Thank you for all you do.
i’m satisfied with my current company but if ever i wanted to move out i’d definitely apply for EW WHILE seems like a decent great company
Trucks are too slow for me. I've done the 62mph thing. It's agonizing, frustrating and just drains the energy right out of you. Gotta do at least 70 to get my attention.
damn thats what they are governed at🤦🏼♂️
i start monday. im excited to start my flatbed career with wylie.
how are you liking it so far. I'm supposed to start next week
@@sweetness2689 how is it? Miles? Pay?
@@IBANoBadEyes I ended going to another company lol. Decided to stay local
I’ve yet to go to the new yard, only the old one.
Where you guys base off ?
How much CPM or percentage do you guys give out?
Pay at the moment for experienced drivers is 65cpm ,newer drivers is a few cents less with performance pay paid monthly of up to 4 more cpm so up to 69 cpm ,health Insurance is cheaper and better than most companies bcbs. I'd be surprised to find many flatbed companies that can compete with Wylie. Been doing it 21 years and have yet to come across any. One thing for sure is there is nothing to loose and money to gain by trying them.
@@johnwilkins2749 Better than Maverick?
Can’t wait to start with ew Wylie
How is it ?
Do they do hair follicle test or just urine?
BUMP
Do they hire out of new Orleans area
Yes they do
Hire new drivers?
I love how they don’t mention they have face cameras, microphone. All bad.
they have inward facing cameras?
Might as well get used to it. Most companies have it now and lawmakers are pushing to make it mandatory in ALL trucks including O/O.
@@charlesstevenson5141 not true, I’d rather stop driving a truck than to be micromanaged. I work for a great company that respects me more importantly gets it, I just don’t feel comfortable.
@@jeffreyjosejuarez everything is micromanage these days. I don't mind the cameras and they have come in handy to cover my ass from someone trying to pull insurance fraud on me. I just wish they would move the inward facing camera over on the passenger side somewhere so it can't see past the cabinets into the sleeper. Don't like the microphones either. That's a bit much.
@@charlesstevenson5141 why the microphone why the camera inward?? Who’s arguing about an outward camera? I enjoy cameras especially when it’s solely mines so I can protect my privacy. What are you so upset about?I don’t know what your arguing about because the conversation is pretty clear to me and others that understand the implications of having such corporation devices in your cab. I’ll take a camera if the boss puts a camera and microphone in his wife’s car and we’ll ask her how she feels about not demonstrating trust in the relationship.
If you really like to know, swift took all their cameras out just because they weren’t able to get drivers to work for them for this very issue.
Save my ass argument nothing, it’s not your camera bro, if it’s yours then that’s pretty cool.
