The weird part about this episode to me was how insanely out of character they made Frylock, who is usually the straight man of the group, I’m guessing the crew wanted to experiment.
My favorite thing about this episode is how over-the-top Frylock's walking animation is with the legs. 😂
I hated this episode because Frylock behaves so out of character in it.
The episode would have worked better if Mastershake was in the main role.
Oh come on. That excuse is only good for a normal show. ATHF is just a shitpost. Character personalities are a suggestion at best.
@@the-NightStar I know Aqua Teen Hunger force is really stupid and surreal, but the character personalities normally don't change for no reason.
Master Shake is an egotistical asshole, Meatwad has a mind of a child (despite being in his 30s) and Frylock is the smartest and most mature of the group.

@@lv1543he didn't say anything about character development, this isn't a damn shonen. All he said was the characters shouldn't act out of the personalities that the show established them as. Imagine if Carl was chill and friendly with the boys for an episode, it would be weird wouldn't it? Don't butcher your characters
Call me crazy but I didn't think this episode was that out of character for Frylock. In terms of character rolls yes but episodes like Super Birthday Snake or The Cloning seem to suggest that he could ultimately go off the deep end if the stars are aligned along with being slightly implied to only be better than Shake simply by being the most sane and intelligent of the group. Not to mention that he murders some of the antagonists without remorse throughout the series.

I love how in Rays body he uses the "I'm having...computer problems' like some sort of romantic callback
Ray saying "Later, Tater..." moments before being vaporized is a scene that lives rent free in my head.

It's real crazy for what he did in this episode, but at the same time... Frylock flirting and singing moments is one of the reasons why I've fell in love with him. ❤❤❤❤

The last few minutes of this episode was a real fever trip
I adore ATHF! I've been watching since the beginning, and I know that continuity isn't something that this show does, being the most surreal slice of life show to ever exist. But I really believe up until now in the show we are seeing a well-meaning genius' decent into madness. This is definitely the most unhinged Frylock has ever been. Such a great episode!

Frylock becoming awful to get with women is a pretty consistent part of his character, especially after this episode. Like the time he buried Carl alive

In Adventure Time season 3 ep 25 "Dad's Dungeon", their dad is associated to the blood demon and the blood demon states that they go way back. Im currently rewatching it so I may be ahead of myself, but the series never touched on this??? PLEASE possibly make a video on "Dad's Dungeon" in general :,) It is marvelous.

I’m on season 9 episode 6, completed season 12, finished first movie and I have watched a lot of the episodes out of order on cable ofc and I’ve been binge watching the show recently I like this show a lot and this type of humor great video
There's no continuation in the series, but I remember Frylock saying something along the lines of "some geniuses can be excentric" somewhere in season 2 or 3

tbh this is easily my least favorite episode of the whole show
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a video on gunther and his transformation into the orgalorg, there is so much layering even back when marcelines dad was first introduced he foreshadowed gunther being more than a penguin. CRAZY.
Love this episode, the characters need to "take a break" every now and then, and this one, the one where FL moves out, etc are great palletisers.
Wasn't my favorite episode, but it was kind of funny to see frylock in that light

While not my fav still unique I guess. Frylock was my fav character so when I first saw this it was still funny here and their but made me feel a little bad for Frylock. Being the most mature and chill character it also took me by surprise a little bit.
