Here’s one not a lot of people know. Adult swim had a crossover with the video game Team Fortress 2 and released a bunch of items for the game. One set of items is Carls wardrobe for the Heavy. The Carl which is his hair, The Hunger Force which is his tank top and chain, and the Aqua Flops which is his flip flops
That's one I actually never heard of before.

Oh, here's perhaps the rarest ATHF media. My local college radio station WMTS Murfreesboro actually got a few station IDs done by Dana Synder as Master Shake. The one I remember best is where Shake asks you to tune up the volume only to scream "YOU'RE A SUCKER".

I turned on closed captions when I was a kid so that's how I find out
One thing that has been really hard for me to find for ATHF is footage from San Diego comic con 2015 where they had a funeral for Aqua Teen Hunger force to commemorate the show being cancelled. I only have photos, but I remember Dana, Matt, and Dave were there and during the funeral they sang "Somewhere over the rainbow" in Meatwad, Master Shake, and Carl's voices, they had a flower arrangement that spelled out ATHF, they had a memorial wall to write on/leave ATHF related art, and they had free Meatwad frisbees as well as Master Shake can covers that they handed out. I would have hoped that Adult Swim would have filmed part of this as it took place at their outdoor space at SDCC 2015 or at least mention it in some sort of bumper when they aired the last episodes but as far as I know nothing really has surfaced. Might be something to look into or at least ask the show creators about

On the DVDs if you watch the play all option, the explosion gags line up pretty well at one point. Like nearly every episode has an explosion at the same time. I'm pretty sure it's the season 4 dvd, but my memory may be off a bit.
It was! What happened was when putting the feature together, producer/editor Jay Wade Edwards realized that a lot of episodes started to have explosions towards the end of the episode... so he added explosions to the episodes without them as well just to make it even crazier!

After watching ATHF from very near the time it started, I shared it with someone who had never seen it before just the other day. My description as we started was "Just whatever happens. The milkshake is a dickhead but he's also the funniest bit." and I stand by that description.
Honestly that’s about best description for the show i seen so far.
My is “it’s a show about literally nothing but whatever the writers can come up with while taking some of the most hardest drugs they do and show is never consistent about what happens”
Here's one you can add, apparently the Boston Mooninite Panic has been acknowledged by PETA out of all people? In an old flash game they made called" The Pirates of the Carob Bean" Err makes a cameo as the aliens in the game where he becomes a vegetarian by the protagonists that found the golden tofu. It's a very strange thing to reference in a PETA game but I thought it was interesting to talk about.
The Boston mooninite thing is such an obvious example of officialdom overretaliating against everything in sight because even they knew how freaking, mind-bogglingly stupid they looked and that's what bullies do when you make them look like morons.
I understand it's easier to do community service then fight it, but given that this was a job from a major company, they placed them knowing they were thin pcbs with LEDs and no room for explosives, I see no reason that any of this was a legal outside of ordinances for advertising and permitting, maybe with the caviata possible trespass,
Basically at the end of the day this is almost no different than just leaving a backpack somewhere and then them charging you for creating a hoax because someone else decided it was a bomb

So I watched a LOT of Adult Swim back in the day, and I actually do remember a bumper explaining the cloned household items. My memory is fuzzy on it, but I do remember learning that information at some point in my Aqua Teen fandom. Maybe it wasn’t a bumper, but I can’t shake that feeling of familiarity.

Yea, it was real. Before they even mentioned the theories of the explosions, I was like "Oh because they said Frylock over cloned his stuff".
Meatwad’s section of the opening says Taurus because the previous line talks about living like a star. Taurus is a constellation and a star sign.

Man, I remember when I first saw Aqua Teens, well I don't really "remember" it, I was really high, but I'm pretty sure it was in 2001. From that day forward I was addicted, to drugs mostly but also Aqua Teens. Good times.

I really wish I could go back to the 00s! Toonami and Adult Swim were like nothing else. I got to watch some of my most favorite shows and discovered even more of em. It was such a great time in my life.
I think the real reason why ATHF got cancelled was because of the Boston episode that leaked earlier that same year. Some Higher up of some popular company or whatever threatened to take some sort of action if that episode ever got released, rebel taxi explains more about it.
No. I think Lazzo was just sick of it. Lazzo is a party pooper. Eric Andre once asked him about Space Ghost Coast to Coast because he took a lot of inspiration for it, and Lazzo just responded that the show was dead to him. Great job, Lazzo.
It was more or less lazzo just getting bored of the show and wanting to be done with it and took the boston bomb scare as a cover up for fact he really didn’t want to keep making the show.

Just watched your other Aqua Teen iceberg for the first time yesterday, the timing couldn’t have been better!
The "Aqua Teen Movie" bit may of upset you as a kid, but I found it hilarious. I was more curious at that age about the idea of using some kind of computer magic to actually rip the movie from that broadcast. I also just knew at the time it was going to be some kind of joke, even as a teenager I couldn't see the sense in releasing a movie in that fashion and still expecting to turn some kind of profit. This was well before streaming and pirating new movies back then we're more often than not screen recordings.

A technical easter egg you missed is that the yutube channel "Saltydkdan" got Dana Snyder to do a cameo voice acting roll in their Cagelocke season 2 series finale as Giratina. He was clearly doing a homage to Master Shake and gazpacho.

I don't know if it's a fever dream or a hazy memory from not having network TV since 2013, but I swear there was a scene (maybe the lost bump) where Frylock explained why he cloned all the stuff in the house and Shake started throwing everything in some hissy fit as Frylock did his typical "Shake! Noooo!" and the entire house blew up.
Or was it Meatwad? Either way it ended with everything blowing up.

Also, I'm pretty sure this whole Master Shake body pillow rumor was a custom fanmade thing. I heard there a website where you can create your own body pillow by printing an image of a character and ordering it.

So just last night I went to an Aqua Teen Live event in Boston and Dave showed a never before seen version of the Boston Episode. It went like this:
It starts with Frylock and Master Shake talking about how to get people to see Colon Movie Film For Theaters. And so Shake comes up with the idea of getting Scandinavian Trolls to chase people into the theaters.
So Shake, Frylock & Meatwad go to Boston to attract Trolls under a bridge by putting Meatwad up as a glowing sign. To do this, they had cartoon versions of Berdovsky and Stevens put Meatwad up under the bridge while Frylock and Shake waited for the Trolls to come.
The Trolls came and Meatwad messed up instructions given by Shake. Instead of convincing the Trolls that their movie is “da bomb”, Meatwad said that “I am a bomb.” The Trolls panic and call the police telling them “BOMB! BOMB! BOMB!” And so Shake and Frylock watch the police detonate Meatwad from home.
The episode ends the same as the leaked version with Shake making a big Lite Brite ode to Boston, Carl & Shake exploding, and the Mooninites threatening the world. But they also threw in some shots at the media by the news suggesting that Meatwad could have been Spongebob, Bart Simpson or Brian Griffin.
I like the idea of athf sneaking into existence pretending to be detectives

In Rabbot Redux after Rabbot shows up and destroys the new house there's a line about them waiting for the house to go back to normal, the old place did that all the time.
I also think it's Rabbot Redux that opens with the ending of the live action episode being Shake's story he's writing to pay his rent.
Could the bump your talkin about actually be from the episode where frylock clones the TV and the tv is so messed up it shows frylock pew pewing characters?

I mentioned in a past comment about that brief clip at the end of the Rough Cut of Rabbot. I was wondering if anything ever came of that from your research for this new iceberg.
(I know it's almost certainly a dead end, but it's something I've been curious about for pretty much the majority of my life)
Sadly, I couldn't find any information on that ending clip. In my opinion, the clip was either designed to confuse viewers, or it was a legitimate sneak peek at the next episode, but the original idea was scrapped for what became Escape from Leprechaupolis.
@@ZeroOmens Most likely was just a sneak peek that was scrapped, though I'm still interested as to what the overall plot of that would've been (other than Shake ruining Meatwad's birthday, it seems). Maybe some time we'll get an answer from the writers.

About the LED signs, it is unfair that they were fined, those who spread the panic were not the signs or any message on them, but the media that invented stories around them to sell "news". And the officers who clearly share a neuron because they cannot divulge suspicions of explosives if they do not have any evidence. I think it is the creators of the show who can sue the city and not the other way around.

i think the image of the aqua teens as metals parodies terminator 2’s t-1000, thinking of the scene where he gets shot in the face and his metal is revealed before his head mends back together. also strange that they appear to be in the oval office lmao
I thought it was explained in the episode about the haunted TV. That almost everything in the house is cloned versions of already existing cloned items. Making the items so unstable that they explode.

ngl this is kind of hard to watch after the life changing zero omens movie i dont know if im ready im still digesting the ending of the movie but this episode is very faithful to the manga and i cant wait to see whats next!
Its not the bumper that explained it, it was the episode. the bumper itself just used a clip from the episode, but it wasn't what explained why al the objects just explode in the show.
