Great info. on how to proceed with a consultation. In my research, I have found toners are important to rebalance the PH of your skin (a toner with the right ingredients anyway) as well as setting up your skin to receive the ingredients of the next product you use.

Also, toners can help remove any leftover residue from the cleanser and prime the skin for better penetration of serums or moisturizers.

This was really good. I’m an esthetician student so this was helpful.

Hello Trina, thank you for sharing your wonderful consultation video! I did find one discrepancy with the facts presented when you described the attributes of glycolic and salicylic acids. As i understand, glycolic acid is actually derived from sugar cane and works on the surface of the skin; while salicylic acid has the smallest molecule and works its way through the hair follicle to kill acne causing bacteria. Great explanation, its just the two acids were switched. 😊

Kinda cringe 😬 the client is not comfortable one bit she asked about the period the looks away quick. And Doc we should not make the client feel like they know nothing either. Go to watch the video to understand what works and what does not 👍🏽

That is uncomfortable for people. Just have them fill it out and then ask questions

If it’s uncomfortable you shouldn’t be looking for help from an esthetician then.
