They actually do. They have the Underdark Torment line, same as Drow. Sorry I didn't include this. I found out late, when I already deleted all the other clips :(
Thanks for the video, as a person that likes to see every possible dialogue option (in this case, monologue option?), it is refreshing to see it in a well made video, and not having to succumb to f5 f8 torture yourself
I have it the same. I just want to see as much as I can. Usually I want to see it myself, but this game has so many options and so much branching, that it will probably be impossible to play through all. Just this video means I had to go through the tutorial 12 times to get all races :D I would do it anyway, so I just recorded the process. Glad it saved someone the time.
So this confirms that Humans, Halflings, Half-Orcs, Elves and Half-Elves are the most common races in Faerûn? Didn't expect that tbh, I thought Dwarves and Drow are more common than Half-Orcs.
Well after all Duergars and Drows are from an specific region and not that popular outside of it. Half-orcs in the other hand are commonly born through orcs and humans, two species that are way more common and both are known for reproducing really fast (lets not talk about the r*pe cases tho).
If you recruit Shadowheart and Astarion before resting and talk to them the next morning before leaving camp, you get some extra dialog with them which in my opinion is worth it. Nothing with Gale, though. Thank you for going through the other, general options, too. Was curious to see what happens if you pick the "Death him/herself" option and when you ask why the dreams are so beautiful. Can't get myself to do anything else than what I chose (class/"craft" and swear to resist).
You don't have to immediately Long Rest to get these scenes. I recruited Shadowheart, Astarion and Long Rested after recruiting Gale and got the human-specific scene
Tried this, and I found that you basically need to do this before even recruiting anybody or doing anything. I loaded an early save, really quickly grabbed Shadowheart, Astarion, and Gale, but when I camped immediately afterwards, the scene didn't happen. Tried again at the start point and got it.
No, picking up shadowheart, astarion and gale is fine. What I've discovered- after a bit of testing(coz I only play dark urge anyway)- is that you can't stray away too far from the mindflawer wreak, going to gale's portal is still fine, but if you continue going to leazeal or the ruins for example, you won't trigger this scene
Aw, was kind of curious if Duergar specifically had one different from other dwarves. Same with Deep Gnomes.

Rogue: "Yeah no you were pretty much a murder hobo already."
I dont know if you guys noticed, but they recall waking up hearing the pounding war drums of blood!
I vaguely recall something like that mentioned once, yes
They could’ve told us more
Deep gnomes and duergars thinking about same things as drows in this moment.
“Do you feel jolly”
God I love gnomes 😂

Underrated asf. Good job man
Thanks :) 5-digit view count is still quite big for me :D

@@xanxv1246 Indeed. Poor innocent Orcs.
I am a little amused by the image of the nattator voice actor going "blood, blood, blood, blood, blood".

Pretty much a way to explain why a gnome monk would be a dark urge
Monk actually makes some sense. Maybe they were fostered at a monastery.
So, Dark Urge didn't grow up amongst the rest of their race. Ok, defeats my Drow Durge idea then. I'll just make her an evil Tav.
Thank Goodness for this because I've been trying to find the logic for a Cleric or Warlock durge
*Blood. Blood. Blood. Blood. Blood*

If you recruit Gale and long rest before going any further it should trigger. That's what I've been doing.

Thanks for posting this!
2:42 is that Jerry of the River?!
Yes, that IS Jerry of the River :D Or... as close as I could get.
what about deep gnomes or duergar? do they have the same dialogue as drow?
Yes, those have the same line as the Drow.
Sorry, I realized that only after posting this video.
Good looking out
What if you multiclass, though?
I just tried, looks like you get the like for your NEW class.
