Both my husband and my iPhone 13 Pro Max phones had barely there volume when playing a voice message. No one was addressing this issue ….. I’m not sure which tip fixed it but one of them did the trick! It wasn’t the update…. Thinking it was the music one… I’m not techie enough to know but thank you, thank you, thank you!
