    2k for a barely renovated apartment using the cheapest vanity, countertop, and appliances possible with 100 year old heating and low square footage? even the tile work is all crooked and looks original to the date of construction and poorly repaired over time... hopefully that stays vacant long enough to cost you more money then renovating it properly..
