I've been wanting to make a vid about my one, true love for a long time, and here it is! Remember, don't spend money on new stuff until you've improved the method you already use to make coffee!
All of this is amazazing! I was going to quote it but there were too many funny things to quote :D Plus... as always, incredible shots. Hope you're well.
@@jessesenko my pleasure Jesse 🙏🏻 Ah that’s a shame. But everything you do outside of RUclips looks exciting anyway so as long as you’re enjoying all that... 🤩👌🏻🙏🏻🎥
I’ll be honest, I’m slammed with my own editing at the moment and don’t have time to watch this yet but I went ahead and liked it already anyways bc I know what’s coming... 👍🏻👍🏻
I know some people do and love it... I don’t use it because I find the boiling water scalds the coffee and changes the flavour. I generally brew with water that’s under a boil. But that’s just me!
Gosh, I love the Ikawa and it looks great (probably also thanks to your photos) but 1k for a unit that only roasts 50g at a time is so steep. I’d have a hard time justifying that one to the Accountant.
Thanks for watching! Batch size is biggest drawback and I think they have a 100g size now. Since they’re based on their Pro sample roasters, I’m not sure they’re gonna make a 500g or 1kg home roaster like I keep bugging them to do!
@@jessesenko oh great thanks. I was looking into getting a lelit mara x heat exchanger machine with the eureka specialista minon grinder. Is that good enough for home espresso? We are upgrading from a bean to cup machine Delonghi Dinamica plus. We always pour the milk separately to get the correct milk texture in the coffee. Do you think we will notice a difference if we upgrade to a lelit n eureka combo? Or do we need to spend more money to see a difference?
That looks like a killer combo. I’m not familiar with them specifically, but a good, flat burr grinder is where to start. Grinder > espresso machine IMO
@@jessesenko great thanks. They said we could try pulling shots at the store before we buy. If it's amazingly better than our current setup we might get it. Thanks again for feedback.

Amazing! Thanks, Sam! I’m doing well, but wish I had more time for YT :( Hope you’re well!!

"OMG, you're such a rad guy Jesse" 🤣👍
Like, thank you, like, sooo much, Marty!
Love your videos and vibes and that coffee macro shot was awesome, how is it going there?
Thanks for watching, Pranav! It's going great... just wish I had more time to make fun stuff for RUclips!

As an italian i’m curious, why in America don’t you use the mocha to make espresso?

My barista express and I will now go hang our heads in shame...
Guess I'll have to to make the trek to your place so I can taste a real espresso.
Knowledge is power! I haven't used a barista express, but they can work!

So the eurika specialista is no good?
Just looked it up! It looks like a great grinder!

@@VideoPine do some RUclips searches for “dialling in espresso” and you’ll get a good idea of the process. Congrats on levelling up, and good luck!
