I think the immortals from 2015 treasure are a LOT more rare than ones from 2016 and afterwards, at least from one reddit post I saw and there was pretty much no other info I could find. But still worth opening imo, not like there are much better options other than Arcana and shop coins.
Note the old escalating odds aren't necessarily identical - but this is the best comparison that can be made.

So far I've rng'd zero rares
either the treasures are bugged or the escalating odds are. I currently have value of 84 at escalation level 2 for immortal treasure 1 2017, which should put me at 99.9% chance of getting the slark immortal. Even after purchasing several treasures it didn't drop. Sadge :(

My escalation level for 2017 treasure 2 (necrophos scythe ultra rare) is at 25. Im thinking maybe i should buy treasures from the market so it would be tradable if ever i get lucky. What do u think?
You would have to hit it in 6 treasures to break even, let alone profit. To be honest it's probably not worth it bro unfortunately.
You're looking at 1:60 ish rolls each time, by all means feel free to give it a shot! Good luck if you do, but I wouldn't, because once you sink $50 into it, you're going to chase it until it drops and you could end up $200 into it in a blink of an eye.

Managed to got Sven ultra rare and pudge golden arm. The golden arm is tradable it’s in another treasure but the Sven is not.
As far as I understand anything you unbox from a candyworks drop including treasures should be locked to your account forever and not marketable or tradable.

@@UncleDanDota the immortal golden pudge arm is in a different treasure with the Lina golden immortal I forgot the other one I even prayed to got the Lina but ended up with pudge I thought it was untradable but it is because it’s in a separate treasure. A box in a box of sort maybe valve forgot about it. About the SVEN immortal weapon is a lucky roll. I have the ti treasure 3 and the MK arcana I purchased the arcana 1st. Also purchased the immortal having the knowledge maybe it dropped rare like the last one. Boom I opened it ended up with an ultra rare SVEN immortal I screamed for more than a minute in disbelief I checked it maybe it’s tradable. Womp womp sad to say it’s not.

@@psp7690 I got it before 7.37 during part 2 of the crown fall and the Sven in part 3 also before 7.37 so yeah I am lucky. Candy works gave me 3 arcana too but I didn’t traded the 1st one it’s a PA I realized I can’t sell my exalted PA arcana sad to say you can’t takeoff the gem so I passed it out the 2nd lucky arcana is Ogre. And couple of immortal treasures got lucky on one. Multiple rolls later ended up with MK arcana and that lucky treasures. After opening 41 collectors cache got the Pudge ultra rare at 37th and the jugg at 39th with 4 Luna. Again couple of rolls got Jugg arcana.
I opened a Immortal Treasure III 2015 and got the Bristle and Zeus Immortal on a first try.
Yeah 2015's are the year before escalation was added, those are worth opening every time.

Glad your figured it out :) for anyone else confused - go to your steam profile page on a browser logged in, and just paste /gcpd/570/?category=Items&tab=CrateNoDupeState to the end of the url. That is the same as what I say in the video but easier.
Sorry I'm quite confused. So the escalation level number you see in your steam account should be cross checked against the "treasures opened" highlighted in green in the spreadsheet?
So find the escalation value, go to the spreadsheet and choose the correct table for how rare the item is - if it's a rare, very rare or ultra.
You go to the treasures opened value that matches the escalation amount, the following two columns show the odds for the next individual roll. The final column is theoretical total chance of you getting that item when opening that many, so if you open 13 treasures you have a 50% chance to get the rare overall. You can kind of ignore that one if you're just looking at one roll.
@@UncleDanDota Ok thanks, so the escalation level you see in your profile represents the number of chests opened? My mace of aeons says 17, but I'm pretty sure I've opened way more than 17 chests in the past and I've never had mace of aeons before too. hmmm

I think these older chests did have less aggressive escalating odds, but people are just opening more of these treasures again so it seems like a lot of rares are dropping. I'm 100% certain they use the same drop rate regardless where you get the treasure.
to sum it up its a "PITTY GATCHA"
