I got my real estate license on August 5th of 2020. It has been a journey from changing brokerages after 4 months and then finally getting the right and proper new agent training I needed.
As time went on my database started to grow more and I decided to start growing all my social media platforms to help my business. Once I made that decision, everything started to take off! I started getting leads from social media and one lead from Facebook turned into my first closing, which is insane.
Being on social media has given me lots of exposure and helping me get a speaking event, more potential buyers reaching out to me, and other agents reaching out that are new just like me asking for advice.
I am truly blessed to be able to share my experience with everyone and document my real estate journey along the way.
They say third times a charm, am officially a real estate broker 🎉🎉 for all my repeat test takers don't give up and don't be discouraged.
I failed 3 times, i lost money to reviews that never helped but the major thing is that I've not lost hope
@@gregbier1381 I’m sorry for your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mr Willard and thats how i passed My real estate exam.
I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed
I have sat for Real Estate Exam for the 4th time now and still failed, i guess licence isn't meant for people like me😭
You will pass everyone has their own season, just keep going pray and believe you will receive
Real estate is such a rewarding career! I remember how hard it was in the beginning. I just crossed year 4 and the past 2 years I’ve been selling over $14M per year 😱 it’s crazy to think what’s possible in this biz…

I am living with my parents so I don’t really need to worry about bill, which really helped me a lot.
Stefanie enjoy that while you can girl!! I take my final on Monday & then Ill be done with my real estate classes. Girl but I get nervous about not getting paid for months on end.

How often do you prospect via phone everyday?
It can range between 3-7 hours a day depending on if I have meetings or showings, then it can be less.
