Open in Alpinism by Armand and Georges Charlet, Camille Devouassoux and Roger Frison-Roche 18 october 1925.
First ski down 25 december 2015 Vivian Bruchez - Kilian Jornet
40° / 45° - 850m, 50m down climb.
A great ski downhill, 3 sections of 15m downclimb, not abseil down, many dry ski sections.
A complete ski descent, not really steep but technical, exposed and with numerous transitions.
A great mix between ski and alpinism.

The photography is fantastic...the views are extraordinary, but...there are limits to what is skiable. La photographie est fantastique...ce qu'on voit est extraordinaire, mais... il y a quand meme des limites de ce qu'on peut skier... ...

You can skip the word ski from the title. This is not skiing, this is a descent with skis.

What I don't like is the fact that you are using extreme wide angle on your camera, which makes this decent look insane steep. I am a ski-alpinist myself and I do realize you are in extremely steep terrain, yet still it is doable to ski down. Your camera is misleading as it presents the area as if it was pretty much going straight down, which is not truth.

And you suggest he changes his camera settings in order to show you what you want? or is it okay for someone to create amazing content like he does? I noticed you have nothing on your channel...If you want to show what you call the truth you can do it! And by the way he clearly says in french ''it`s not very steep but quite exposed''...I'm just saying...as an alpinist myself...

Adam Brosz Absolutely agree, ridges always look even more stupid. Problem is all GoPro etc only come wide angle. I guess you could use a program to clip the angle of vision. The other side is shots taken from below always make it easy, the best shots are side views, then you can see the slope. Probably need a drone for that.
