Sounds to me like it is setup to detect Bluetooth. I would expect it to be more sensitive than that. Edit: I just realized I'm saying what you already said in the video.
👩🏻💭"I basically needed to get away for one week". I stayed at a Lodge to do absolutely nothing. I appreciate it being away from noisy neighbors that are so inconsiderate they could care less about anybody but themselves. I noticed that night above the bed a round white smoke detector looking thing that was flashing a white lightALL NIGHT. It really bothered me and I wondered is there a camera in that thing? I also wondered about the TV that they placed directly in front of your bed. These type of places are not cheap and I want my privacy. I really need something reliable. Is this privacy pen good for this or not? I don't know when I'll be able to go back there. I cannot afford to waste money. Somebody please let me know good information. Thank you in advance.
@@santinasantina2177 TLDR - this can detect some eavesdropping devices, but not all of them. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are different frequencies of wireless communication. This detector appears to be set up to "look" for Bluetooth communication and emit an alarm when it detects a Bluetooth signal. If the hidden device connects to "peeping Tom" via Wi-Fi, then this device will be useless. What it really needs is a dual receiver to "look" for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but then some people would get confused by devices that are supposed to emit Wi-Fi.
Thanks for doing the work and spending the money to help us from making a mistake
I just canceled my order from Amazon…THANK YOU!
Glad that you are here
Good news - thanks for the review
Thank you, for saving us money!!!
so much for the claimed 32ft range 😂 what a scam.
You just described most RUclips ads.
@@jferguso100 true that
Thanks. I will wait until the pen has a better range !!!
A LOT of hype and dishonesty in ads. Especially on RUclips. Thank you!
Great accent.
Love it!
Adds to the viability
of the review.

Good work! 👍
Look into C10-Pro
You saved me money! Thanks for revealing this scam
GoPro does not have Wi-Fi
So it’s a non-contact voltage tester.
So....this is a non contact voltage sensor you can get for cheap, disguises as a camera detector 😂
Somewhat works only Bluetooth devices 😮
Add volume to the video
JUNK!
